We (BTS K9) joined Haydn in 2023. It was the best decision our business made! Yes it was a leap of faith to invest what little money our small business had into marketing but we knew we had to grow. We switched to Haydn Pro a couple months ago and couldn’t be more pleased! Everything was explained to us in detail what would take place how it would take place we were assigned a case manager for not just overall but individual aspects of our marketing and ads. Legitimately within a week our incoming leads increased 10x, we had a way to actually organize all of them, we were actually first on google instead of on the 10th page and had an easy to operate system the entire sales team could access.
The app is very easy to operate and has everything you need all in one space separate from your regular messages/apps. Everything to do with your business is in one place, all leads, invoices, contracts, ETC are on the app. It’s extremely easy to search when you need to find something so no wasting time looking through texts, PDF’s, emails for the information you need. If i’m with a client I can find all of their information in seconds.
