I hired Haydn for about 10 months, paying them about $1,200 a month, plus paying 3-6k a month on ads. I told the company that their ads were not working for almost the entirety of this business relationship. My payments were inconsistent because I could not keep up with my bills, which is why I hired them. They repeatedly told me that my ads weren’t getting clients because my ads went through the relearning phase. So once my ads were consistent for about 3 months, I finally canceled services. The issue was not that my ads weren’t reaching people, it was that their ads/ landing page were not getting me clients. Hiring Haydn was my last resort/ I needed this to work to keep my business afloat. They completely failed me and sent me more into debt than when I began with them. I figured our Smart Ads with Google Ads and since then I’ve had better results on my own than the 10 months since hiring them. The customer service with this company was great. The team I worked with was very responsive, however the ads that were managed hurt me more than they helped me. I spent more on this company than I made. Over the course of 10 months, 4 of the about 200 leads I got from their ads were legit and made me a profit. Unfortunately I cannot recommend Haydn. I wish I could and I don’t want to hurt another small business owner, but if you’re struggling to get clients, I would continue your search so you don’t end up in the same situation I was in. Many other companies really dig deep into helping your business thrive rather than the poor services Haydn provides.

If i’m with a client I can find all of their information in seconds. Customer support is amazing.
