I’m not impressed with the level of service I received. From the beginning, there were signs of poor coordination. The scheduling kept changing, and I was not properly informed about the updates. This made it difficult to plan around the work.
During the installation, I noticed that the crew didn’t seem very careful. Some parts of my property were affected, and it didn’t look like proper precautions were taken. After the job was done, I still had concerns about the overall quality of the roof.
It’s disappointing because I expected a professional and smooth process, but instead, it felt disorganized and stressful. I don’t think the service was worth the cos

As an owner residing outside the state where the work was conducted, I found my experience with Haven to be exemplary from the outset. Haven responded promptly by visiting to inspect my roof following storm damage. The insurance company declined coverage on the grounds that the roof had been previously repaired and was aged. Haven conducted an onsite visit to verify the leak and assess the necessity of a new roof. I engaged three other companies; however, none matched Haven's meticulous approach to customer coordination, reporting, documentation, advisory services, education, and follow-up. Their involvement extended beyond a mere sale, encompassing consultation, quotations, video walkthroughs, and financing options.
Once I was prepared to proceed, the process was executed efficiently, effectively, and at a competitive price point. The team demonstrated professionalism through timely and consistent communication. Even when adverse weather caused delays, Haven remained proactive and maintained clear communication. They also accommodated my request to observe the crew during their work.
The crew arrived punctually, worked systematically, and took excellent care of my property. They completed the project within the scheduled timeframe. Subsequently, the Haven team followed up to ensure all commitments were fulfilled, including providing photographs and documentation to support my insurance claims and assist in reducing premiums. I would unequivocally recommend Haven Roofing and Exteriors for any roofing needs due to their attention to detail, craftsmanship quality, use of premium materials, exceptional customer service, professionalism, and competitive pricing.
This project was completed in Memphis, Tennessee, although I reside in Northern Virginia. Working remotely with such a well-organized company was an outstanding experience. Additionally, my son in Memphis also reported a positive experience working with Haven locally.

The experience with Haven roofing was seamless. Jason stayed on top of State Farm with the insurance process to keep the claim process moving. I started the process in September 2025, my claim got dropped with State Farm and I had to start over around November and Haven stayed the course until I got approved for a full roof replacement! Jason, Ryan and Brad stayed in contact with me every step via text messages and emails. I was only responsible for my deductible and any upgrades I chose. My roof process was completed in1 day! I needed a new roof because so many shingles were missing. Other companies tried submitting documentation to my insurance, but everything kept getting denied. Haven Roofing was the only one who truly helped.
Martin was incredibly helpful and submitted detailed photos, videos, and all the necessary paperwork to my insurance company. It definitely took some time, but thanks to his persistence, it was finally approved.

Last week, the General Manager Ryan called, texted and emailed me after I stated that I did not want to be contacted. They were willing to pay for me to take my review down. They also mentioned that their legal team was getting involved and for what is still unknown. Out of ALL businesses that deals with roofing, DO NOT CONSIDER THIS ONE!
We regret that you felt prompted to leave a one-star review. Our General Manager has attempted to reach you over the past couple of weeks in hopes of discussing your concerns directly, and we remain open to that conversation.
Your interactions with our team do not reflect the situation as described in your review. You signed a contract approving our estimate and, approximately two weeks later, signed a change order adjusting that agreement. We were prepared to complete the finalized scope of work for you.
We understand you ultimately chose not to move forward with the project and instead use the insurance funds elsewhere. However, there were real costs and work performed on your behalf up to that point, which required compensation in accordance with the agreement. While we understand that was disappointing, the amount charged was for services rendered and was ultimately agreed to and paid.
We genuinely wish you the best and remain willing to speak if you would like to revisit the matter.
