JP was an exceptional guide for our day tour out to Hakone. We had the best day tripping around, with JP quick to share fun facts, and swapping stories along the way. I highly recommend this tour company - efficient service from the moment we booked to the moment we were dropped back at our accommodation. Thanks again for making our trip to Japan incredibly memorable JP!

Y estuvimos bien informados. Gracias, Alexis.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely fantastic private tour — one of the highlights of our Tokyo trip! We had an incredible day exploring the Mt. Fuji area with HavenJapan. From the smooth pickup in Tokyo to the beautiful scenery, shrines, hidden spots, and onsen, everything was very well organized and made for a truly memorable experience. Our guide was excellent — friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and very easy to communicate with. He made the day feel relaxed and personalized rather than like a standard tour, and was happy to adjust things along the way to make sure we had the best experience possible. The private format was definitely worth it. We never felt rushed, and having someone who knew the area so well made the entire day effortless. The views around Fuji were spectacular, and the onsen was a perfect way to finish the day. Highly recommended if you want to experience Mt. Fuji beyond the usual tourist itinerary. 10/10! 🇯🇵🗻❤️

Josh was excellent. Despite the start of Obon week and increased traffic, Josh made sure we received the best tour experience for our entire family of four.
