Last year, we were at risk of losing our insurance because our roof needed replaced. We weren’t in a good position to have that done, and called around to find a good quote. Haus Roofing came out, inspected, and talked us through the process. They worked with us, listened to our concerns, and helped us handle dealing with insurance. They were in and out in a single day for the replacement, and had someone come out to verify the work that was done was satisfactory. Everyone was kind, efficient, and easy to work with! 10/10 would recommend their services.

Talked with many roofing companies to get a quote for my home. A lot of the prices were way too high. These guys came in fast good price.. I ultimately chose a different company, but it was a tough choice between them.

No one ever answers the phone number on the website. Called 3 times over a two week timeframe and also asked for estimate through website. After two weeks, I did catch someone in the office and set up an appointment for an estimate, they never showed up and again could not reach anyone to find out why? What a joke trying to get an estimate! Forget this business, poor customer care!
I can’t say enough good things .. we were needing a new roof and gutters due to storm damage Raleigh stepped up to the plate and helped us deal with our insurance and got the ball rolling with everything… I was very impressed by how fast and efficient they were… they did a wonderful job….our neighbors were even commenting on how nice everything looked when they were done.
