Karla was absolutely amazing! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. She was always available, immediately scheduled showings as soon as we sent her a home we were interested in, and was genuinely there to make sure we ended up with the home we wanted. We bought sight unseen, so every showing was via video and she helped describe and show the home exactly like we were walking through it ourselves. She was fun too! Iāll recommend her hands down to anyone coming to the area!

We had a great experience working with Su at Haus Realty & Management during the purchase of our new home in the Bowling Green, KY area. Even though we were purchasing outside of the Clarksville market, Su was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process.
She was always available when we had questions, stayed on top of everything from the initial search through inspections, negotiations, and closing, and made sure our interests were represented every step of the way. Hey everyone I just want to rant on how great Mrs. Whetsell is . First she is very casual and easy to speak with when giving her feedback about houses and she is very outgoing for her clients . We may have viewed at least 20 houses as a married couple and we just kept finding stuff we didnāt like ya know but she found a house for us in a link to her house suggestions for us to choose from that we walked into and new just from downstairs that it was the perfect one for us I was so blown away by this house . She never made us feel like a burden by seeing so many houses and she was very informative on bringing up pros and cons for houses we werenāt really finding as our cup of tea and it was great to hear both sides.
I would recommend her to any family or friends we may have and if we want to buy another house or resell our home now she is great!

We used Chad Steelmon as our realtor. As a first time home buyer he explained every step of the way. His attention to detail was superb.
He also told us to not be picky about paint and smaller things we can change ourselves. He focused on on what matters mostā¦foundation , roof, hvac, septic system, water damage. For this I am very grateful for and we will be using him again for the future.
One more thing is that he worked on our belf to get us things that were not listed in the listing.
