My family has been working with Kristen Hart for a long time! My mother’s case was not an easy one. It was a long journey but we are glad we believed in Kristen! She had many obstacles to overcome for my mom to receive her visa. Many times my family and I were worried about the outcome of our mother’s case being negative. However, Kristen would call us and email us to reassure us that everything is going as planned. Not many lawyers can do this because they don’t have the same experience as Kristen does. Attending hearings in person really put into perspective how strong Kristen is. We saw many other lawyers speak with the Trial Attorney and they would easily get pushed over but not Kristen. She knows the law and does a great job of presenting her case. I appreciate communication with whoever I work with. So it’s reassuring knowing that I can reach out to Kristen directly or her paralegal for any questions or concerns we have. She responds to emails and texts within the same day. There aren’t many lawyers you can text with questions about your case. I witnessed other family members be put in a waiting room for hours and watch their lawyer treat them like it’s a privilege to speak to them. Kristen is the opposite of that!
