Thanks for sharing your thoughts. As a small, family-owned business, we do our best to stock a wide range of equipment, but we don't carry everything ( maybe one day!) If we don’t have a machine available, we can’t set a price for it. What we do carry, we work hard to keep affordable by comparing our rates across the industry.

I had a 5x8 trailer that I repainted black/orange and it was about two years old but I had to turn it back to Harris Trading Company on 3.7.25 because it wasn't working for me and I called them and emailed them and they got back to me within 24 hours with answer to bring it to them on 3.7.25 and they looked at and asked what I wanted for it and they gave me a good deal to take it off my hands on 3.7.25 . They where nice to me and cared. Steve Kress, and owner, front desk young lady where very nice and great business people to talk to. I had been seeing there commercial on TV and so I finally said I would look into if they would help and I hope that someone who hunts or does people's yardwork can use it better then me. Just want thank Harris Trading Company in Lebanon Tn. Fantastic service and caring people. 🤩

I came today looking for Toro zero turn mower. Steve was very accommodative to find one in a warehouse for acceptable price, that he clearly stated there. That where the good things ended. Tried to ride mover the battery was dead- has to jumpstart, he promised to change it; came to office to pay- The price jumped 25%. Feels like bait and switch. Cannot do business with them. Left.
Owner has responded 4 days later with invitation to come back to rectify situation. Little late : I have bought new Kubota ZT. It is true - you have good selection of equipment - will be looking for trailer later.

Working from out-of-town in Dickson and saw their advertisements on local morning news. Decided to drive over and check them out. Great prices and huge variety of in-stock inventory. Very knowledgeable and helpful sales rep who guided us through our purchase of a skidsteer bucket. Highly recommend Harris Trading Company!

Riley was a great person to buy a mower from, was straight up and honest and knew what he was talking about. Would highly recommend anyone to come and check them out and give them a chance. I will be back when in need for something else
