Harmony of Carrollwood I brought my sick dog to Harmony of Carrollwood, and instead of helping, they turned me away and said they were understaffed. They handed me a $150 voucher for Epic Animal Hospital, which turned out to be nothing more than bait. Because of that referral, I ended up spending over $2,300 at Epic for issues they both clearly knew were minor. It felt like a setup from the start. Harmony refused to treat my dog, pushed me toward Epic, and the whole situation came across as coordinated. I was hustled, emotionally pressured, and taken advantage of during a stressful moment when my dog needed care. I will never bring my dog to Harmony of Carrollwood again. The voucher was not help — it was a trap. Never again.

Good evening, we are not an ER. While we do accommodate many emergencies every single day, we are not available for every and all emergencies. That is what the ER is for. Epic was one of your many options for emergency services. We are not affiliated with Epic and not responsible for the bills they charge. However, if you agreed to the services and the charges, that was your decision, and not something that is even remotely related to your experience with Harmony.

Had a great experience here for my Shih Tzu Betty’s spay surgery. The staff was super kind and prices are affordable . Everything went smoothly, and the aftercare instructions were easy to follow. All we have to say is Thank you. Highly recommend! 🐾

This is place is very affordable and they have great vets. Unfortunately today get an appointment soon i haed, so my recommendation is to schedule in advance for any vaccines or annual wellness check.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Michelle from the Brandon location — and shame on me, I don’t remember the name of the doctor who helped my baby Bella (my little black cat). I honestly have no words to describe how grateful I am. I think I was in a bit of shock while everything was happening, and only later I realized how lucky I was to have such professionals taking care of us. Truly the best place and the best people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Thank you, Harmony. This past Tuesday, December 2nd, my Chihuahua had her spay surgery with you, and everything went wonderfully. Her recovery has been fantastic. After feeling so nervous about the surgery, I’m finally happy because I see my little dog doing well and healthy. Thank you so much ♥️.

The Harmony on brandon was a great place .my stella was saved .she had an pyometra a few months back .and was seen the next day after an emergency visit that was so expensive it was horrible experience. Then Harmony vet care saw me and saved her for a great price.thank you everyone was great .ai will be taken my other female nani to get spaid on the Carrollwood site. Please get your best friend fixed its the best for them and you .

Dr King is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and always treats my cats with such gentleness and attention, and I fully trust her with my pet’s care. Brought my dog in for an emergency c section the staff were truly wonderful from the warm welcome to the compassion they showed me and my dog from start to finish is one that can’t be matched. There’s nothing harmonious about Harmony Vet Care. Out of a total of 20 calls, they answered the phone only once. I was left waiting for test results that were promised Monday but didn’t arrive until Tuesday. The lack of communication and responsiveness is extremely disappointing. On the positive side, the doctor was great—professional and caring during the visit. Unfortunately, the overall experience was overshadowed by poor follow-through and nearly nonexistent phone support.

Are you tired of paying high costs for vet care? Are you paying for their lavish building? I've taken my dog to a private vet and by the time I walk out, it's an easy $200. Recently I've had him checked for an infected rash 3 times, keep giving me antibiotics and cream. Doesn't work. I went to Harmony and the vet took a sample of his skin with a piece of scotch tape. Few minutes later, she comes back with the issue. Was prescribed antifungal meds and antibiotics. 3 days later, a significant difference. The staff is amazing!! I've changed my dog's veterinary care. They are a nonprofit group and love animals. There set up is different so expect a little wait for an appointment, but so worth it. Thank you Harmony Vet Care!
