Kat is amazing! After thinking I wouldn’t be able to get anything, she’s managed to secure me a mortgage in principle. I’m still searching for my perfect property at the moment, but Kat is always at the end of the phone with her friendly, knowledgeable help and advice. I can’t recommend this lovely lady highly enough — she’s been fantastic throughout!

I cannot recommend Kat enough.I spoke to 2 brokers before I met Kat who told me thst a mortgage was not possible.Kat spent time checking my credit file and income and confirmed that i could get a mortgage however needed a bigger deposit.These other brokers really could not be bothered putting in the effort. Kat is worth her weight in gold.

I can't praise Kat enough. We had a reasonably complex mortgage 'ask' and we're told previously that what we wanted to do couldn't be achieved. Kat took everything in her stride and sorted everything out for us in a very short space of time, going way and above what any other advisor had done for me previously. Honestly, totally blown away. The woman is a magician!

I spoke with Imran who was highly knowledgeable and very friendly. We didn't proceed initially as we had already begun conversation with another broker which he agreed we should proceed with but advised he would be available if needed.
Update - We are now proceeding with Imran at Harmony because we felt him the best man for the job

I am a young lad that was in a rush to buy my first home and Kat was straight on it helped me in every way possible to get me in my property, even reply to me and helping out of hours when needed as an extra boost to speed things up.
