Frank was absolutely incredible to work with! From start to finish, he was super communicative, transparent, and genuinely helpful. He walked me through every step, made sure I understood what was happening, and delivered fast, high‑quality service. It’s rare to find someone who’s both technically sharp and truly customer‑focused, but Frank nailed it.If you need AC service, this is the company to call — outstanding experience!

Frank was very honest and stood by his work. You can't find guys like this anymore. Big company wanted almost double what he quoted me and the equipment he installed was better. Looks fantastic thank you!

If you are looking for the best service and expertise, look no further. From the initial consultation to the actual install, Harley exceeded all of my past home service experiences. I have maybe written three reviews in my lifetime—it’s only when you find someone who genuinely cares and actively supports, diagnoses, and delivers that I’ll break out the internet penmanship. If you’ve found Harley or stumbled across this review, consider yourself lucky. You’re in tremendous hands. Thank you, Harley, for the incredible experience. I’ve never seen anything like it before. Cheers!

We recently had a new HVAC unit installed, and the entire experience was outstanding. Frank went above and beyond from the very beginning. He came out on a Sunday to give us an estimate, which we really appreciated, and then had our new system installed just one day later. That kind of responsiveness and dedication is hard to find. Frank was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything throughout the installation. He and his team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless when they were finished. The new unit is running perfectly, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. If you're looking for honest, reliable, and top-notch HVAC service, I highly recommend Frank. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

Harley started with a thorough review of existing ac air handling system and condenser unit. Found poor air flow was due to 90 turn in trunkline, insufficient step down of trunkline, excessively long flex duct runs with R4 insulation. Recommended removal/replacement of existing air handler, trunkline, and flex duct to R8. In addition, increased condenser size from 3 to 3.5 ton. After dismantling the former system and replacing with a thoroughly designed system, the AC system performance is remarkable. Higher cool air flow throughout the two floor home. The workmanship inside and outside the home is top notch. It looks as good as it runs. It was a pleasure working with Frank and his team during the installation. Respectful of property and cleaned up daily. I highly recommend utilizing Harley Heating and Cooling services.

We heard about Frank through my husband's co-worker, the co-worker himself was knowledgeable about heating and air systems and highly recommended Frank to replace our extremely outdated Hvac system....when my husband contacted Frank his response was immediate and he came to give us an estimate at our earliest convenience... when we were ready Frank scheduled to install our new Hvac system, again, at our earliest convenience....Frank and his employee were prompt, efficient, clean and kind, extremely professional, also Frank's pricing was fair and cost friendly, we didn't even consider getting other estimates....we could not be happier and most definitely recommend Frank for any Hvac needs, our new Lennox system is amazing.... thank you again Frank, we appreciate you and your business!

I highly recommend Frank. It’s hard enough to find reliable and fair contractors these days, but even more difficult as a woman because you don’t know who you can trust in your home. Frank was straightforward, kind, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I met him. His partner, KJ, was also wonderful and he answered all of my questions without judgement. They did a great job, did it quickly and I would, without a doubt, recommend them!

Frank did an excellent job installing our split unit for our upstairs. After being completely ghosted by the first HVAC company we reached out to, it was a relief to have someone so professional, quick and trustworthy help us. We really appreciated his expertise and honesty! Will definitely use him again for any future services.

100% I recommend using Harley Heating and Cooling. Frank was truly great and knows his craft. Very responsive and attentive to every detail. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done cleanly and correctly, even fixing a lot of the mistakes that were there from previous systems and contractors. He cares about making it right and making sure you’re comfortable in your home. I also highly appreciated how honest and straightforward Frank is. He isn’t a pushy salesman like a lot of companies can be these days. He’ll explain the options and help you find what works for your home and your budget. It was truly a delight getting to know him and learning about the systems getting installed in my home. If you want someone who is fair, honest, detail-oriented, and very skilled then absolutely choose Harley Heating and Cooling for your next HVAC job.

These days it is difficult to find reliable, honest, and trustworthy people. This is an especially stressful fact when needing essential work done on your home. Frank Cannuli is a highly skilled and consummate professional whom I would recommend to anyone who needs HVAC services. We had two brand new systems put in our home with additional ductwork and rerouting. He is extremely knowledgeable and great at explaining how everything works. Importantly, he was also up front, honest, and realistic about what we needed and did not need, giving peace of mind that we were making well-informed choices. The man does what he says and clearly takes pride in the quality of his work. This was evidenced in part by his frequent follow-ups to ensure that our systems were working properly and efficiently. HVAC systems are only as good as the skill and care of the person installing them; therefore, if you want to get the most out of your home investment, Frank is your guy.

Frank, the owner of Harley Heating & Cooling, did an outstanding job on our home. During this recent heat wave, he was responsive, professional, and attentive from start to finish. He arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made sure the job was completed correctly. What impressed me most was his willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything was working properly and that our family was comfortable. It’s not often you find someone who takes that much pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. I am extremely pleased with the quality of service we received and look forward to working with him again in the future. I would gladly recommend Harley Heating & Cooling to my family, friends, and anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy HVAC service.
