After having a very stressful week and only just being released from hospital specifically for this move Jordan & Kali went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and no longer worried. They are such a friendly, down to earth group (including Ryan). I could not fault them and the process was smoother than I ever thought possible. I have never used a removal company before and I definitely chose the best one. Thank you so so much.

Our journey with Happy Moves started in April 2025. The team at Happy moves were professional, easy to approach, accommodating, friendly and very helpful along the way. Due to delays in our chain I had to keep moving the completion date, this was accommodated by the team, it was not an issue at all. We decided to go for the pack up and removal service, this proved to be the best decision we made. The pack up team Jackie, Sophie, Jordan and Cameron turned up promptly on the day. It was a very hot day and they all worked tirelessly to pack our house up, I still can’t believe they did it in a day…they were friendly and respectful, we had a laugh and they even made sure our boys were not stressed by the process. Then move day and Jordan, Cameron and Steve turned up again promptly as agreed. Another hot day for them, they worked non stop and got us loaded and ready to go in no time. Honestly I take my hat off to the guys they worked non stop. They even made sure Betty arrived at our new house in one piece. Betty is my hydrangea….thanks for looking after her. A few delays meant we didn’t get the keys until around 15:00, the guys again worked their socks off to get us in. Thank you to you all, we really couldn’t have done it without you. If I missed anyone personally I’m sorry. Call Happy Moves if you’re needing their service you won’t be disappointed. They went above and beyond for us. Thanks again to you all.

Absolutely fantastic removals firm. The team showed up prompt and early in the morning and were done packing up our 4 bed house in no time and on the road to the new house within 4 hours! Fantastic service and a competitive price in the market. Really nice family feel business, super down to earth, hard working and very diligent in their approach. Super careful with all of our belongings and no breakages upon unpacking. Would highly recommend. They all worked extremely hard, Jordon was great fun to be around, he’d go above and beyond to ensure service level was top tier. Mason was great on the move day too!
