I recently returned to this audiology clinic to replace my hearing aids. I choose to come back because I’d been extremely satisfied with the service and care I received over the five years I had my previous devices. They performed a thorough and comprehensive hearing exam, and the fitting process was just as professional. They used real ear measurement to make sure everything was precisely tuned, and took the time to walk me through all of the features of my new hearing aids.

I was very impressed with the whole operation, from the staff at the desk to the lady who conducted the actual exam. Dr. Brown was both professional and friendly in her approach, and was especially good at outlining to me the reasons for the exam and the possible courses of action open me, pending the its result.

I had a great experience at my evaluation appointment. I didn’t know what to expect. I knew there would be a great deal of testing but not exactly what would be done. Dr Hanna Miller was calming concerned and thorough. She explained every test so I understood. She sent a thorough 18 page report so I have test results that go to my doctor. I highly recommend her and this office
