Editing my review for the nth time. I can’t give this shop enough praise! Thanks for getting me braking safely and quietly!! Their online invoicing/status needs a little work but as of late, excellent phone communication and follow up. I’ve brought numerous cars in for service and repair - stellar every time. Repairs and maintenance are handled swiftly and done right the first time. Everyone genuinely cares about the client and their car - only recommending services that are impactful to safety or reliability. You won’t find Hans Wittlers trying to upsell you on unneeded services. Hans thoroughly promotes regular scheduled maintenance - key to keeping your European (and let’s face it, any car) running smoothly. They use OE or OE quality parts and stand by their work to make it right. They can shuttle you back and forth within reason quickly. Everyone I’ve ever interacted with is truly invested in doing the right thing, into what they support/repair (not just a job) and is extremely knowledgeable. And a perk is you get to hang out with the shop dog Max! Good boy Max!

I don't care to get my cars worked on because I feel that as soon as a business sees a me (a female) walking in the service department I will be taken advantage of me because I'm a woman. I honestly have to say that Hans Wittler Auto did not make me feel this way. As soon as I walked in the business I was warmly greeted by the staff, and to make things sweeter, the cutest and most well behaved poodle greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. D'Angelo was amazing!! From the very first day I called telling him the issues with my car, to the time I dropped my car off, to the moment I went to pick up my car. D'Angelo treated me with respect and kept me informed on everything that was found on my car. A part for my car is being ordered from Germany and I'll be taking my car back for Hans Wittler mechanics to fix. I couldn't be happier with this business and I will keep taking my "Betsy" (car) to them from now on!! I am done with car dealerships!!! Thank you Hans Wittler for your awesome customer service!!💖

This was the first time using Hans Wittler. I truly can’t say enough good things about the experience. Every single person I talked to made me feel comfortable and confident in the service they were providing. I’m a female who knows nothing about cars. I was very worried about the experience. They did everything right. They gave me an estimate and a ride to work while the car got fixed. They then did a complete inspection and sent me a video of what they found. They gave an estimate for any additional items they found in the text link with the videos attached and from there I could select what I wanted to get done. When the UPS plane crashed in KY the part arrival was delayed. They gave me a loaner car and two days later when the part came in they let me know early that day it was ready for pickup. We also had just brought this car in to NM from HI and we were shocked at how affordable all of the repairs were. It easily would have been double or more if we had done this work in HI. Completely kind and professional the entire time. With a trustful mechanic like this I could see driving this car for many more years. I cannot recommend them enough and I promise you leaving a review for a mechanic was not something I thought I would ever do.
