Going to the dentist usually stresses me out. But Elevate Dental workers make the experience manageable. I'm much more relaxed.

While I am not a patron myself, my wife was, for a time and our experience has been less than desirable. As someone who comes from a family dentist for the past 29 years of my life, some of their practices don't seem to align with proper oral care and seem to be geared toward Profit vs. Health. They seem very pushy about scheduling your next appointment without ever really explaining in depth what is needed. As someone who is detail oriented, I don't appreciate being ignored or brushed off by staff, regardless of if I'm a patron or not; my wife's health and well-being is of utmost importance to me and from a financial stand point we should know what is going on exactly.
Dr Hassig in particular made us feel very ignored and like we were a "problem" our entire last visit. This kind of behavior whether it was an off day or not is entirely unprofessional and pretentious.
From the very get-go we felt welcomed enough and the staff was nice but that diminished as we scheduled more appointments over time, leaving a sour taste in our mouths.
All in all I would highly recommend not using this facility if you enjoy quality care and at the very least an explanation of where your hard-earned money is going.
Do not be fooled by the very high ratings as it seems these are "begged for" by the staff to make their online presence seem better than it really is.

While Cheryl and the front desk team are incredibly kind, my actual experience at this facility was a nightmare.
On my very first visit, two staff members chased me down the hallway and took my phone out of my hand to leave themselves a 5-star review. At my second visit, they claimed I needed a deep cleaning and $10,000 worth of dental work—none of which was actually necessary, as confirmed by a second opinion. Throughout all these initial visits including routine cleanings, I only saw Dr. Wherlman once.
Because of that lack of availability, I switched to Dr. Hassig for dental work, which was a huge mistake. During the appointment to fill cavities and address a cracked molar, Dr. Hassig displayed zero bedside manner. He was arrogant, aloof, ignored my husband, and acted as if our basic questions were a burden. He refused to explain why I needed $10,000 in work or why he was filling a cracked molar instead of capping it. He also grew visibly upset with me when the numbing agent didn't fully take effect.
Worse than his attitude was his poor work. Filling the cracked tooth directly resulted in months of severe pain, additional costs, and dental issues. A second opinion revealed the crack should have never been filled in the first place. Because of his mistake, I required a root canal and a crown, which is now causing further issues and causing my teeth to shift to the point where I now need Invisalign again.
I am looking at thousands of dollars out-of-pocket to fix the damage Dr. Hassig caused. This facility treats patients like numbers with deep pockets, invents unnecessary work, and causes lasting physical and financial damage. Avoid this practice.

The new dentist dr. Hassig called children and youth on us because the kids haven't had there treatments completed yet and lied to them telling them that my kids were in pain which they are not. My kids had an appt. To have all of there work done at once which entailed being put to sleep. We were told that $3,910 was due to the surgery center a week prior to the surgery and $700 was due to the pediatric dentist (not where Dr. HASSIG WORKS) A week prior as well. We didnt have that kind of money laying around so we had to cancel sonwe could save that money. I called to reschedule it and they told me I had to bring the kids in to have them reevaluate first. So that was on July 23rd. Then we could reschedule it but it would be a few months out which was fine so we have more time to save plus they arent in any pain. Then on Aug 7th the kids had a routine cleaning at the family dentist with Dr hassig, he questioned me why I haven't had the treatments done yet and I explained. He stated he would try to make some calls to help but what he did was call children and youth. Because of that Elevate dentist lost me and my kids as patients as well as my entire family and friends, they will also not be getting a dime from me.

Thank you, Jonathan, for the five star review!
I’ve been to Elevate three times now, and each visit Cheryl has been my hygienist. I truly appreciate the consistency — employee retention says a lot about a practice, and my routine cleanings, screenings, and X-rays have always gone smoothly. For context, I’ve gone to the dentist regularly since childhood and take good care of my teeth.
Unfortunately, my most recent visit left me feeling uneasy and unheard.
The doctor came in briefly to review my teeth and X-rays, but the interaction was so quick I didn’t catch her name or have an opportunity to ask questions. I was told that there had been significant changes since my last visit and that I would need more frequent cleanings along with additional dental treatment.
That felt like a lot of serious change in a short period of time. As a patient, I had questions. I even wondered whether a surgery I had last year could be contributing. Before I could ask for clarification, Cheryl stopped me and said she was just relaying the doctor’s treatment plan. She then immediately shifted to scheduling additional cleanings and treatment.
I expressed that I wasn’t comfortable scheduling anything until I understood the out-of-pocket costs and had more clarity about what was happening with my teeth. I felt pressured to book appointments before being given financial details or the opportunity to have my questions answered. At the front desk, I was handed a proposed cost estimate, asked to sign it, and told to call back to schedule.
If I truly need this dental work, I will find a way to make it happen. But in today’s economy, it’s not unreasonable to want clear explanations and transparent costs before committing to significant expenses. More importantly, patients deserve the chance to ask questions about major changes to their health without feeling dismissed.
I hope Elevate takes this feedback to heart, because good communication and patient trust are just as important as clinical care.
Edit: I went for a second opinion to a different dentist. Using Elevate’s X-Rays he saw no need for any of the treatment proposed. Elevate dental was willing to destroy three healthy teeth for profit. Unscrupulous practices. Shame on you Elevate.
