I am thrilled with my Cathedral wind chime, I didn't want any cheaper metallic chimes that just made noise. The aluminum tubes create such a rich, full chordal resonance in a light breeze. So melodic and peaceful creating a space for me to unwind and be uplifted in spirit.
Thank you again Rory.
Great quality instruments and service
I bought a 14” mini hand pan recently. I was impressed with Rory’s communication and customer service, it is appreciated.
The drum turned up quicker than I expected and the sound is luxurious. I am very pleased with the quality, given the price. An instrument that sounds beautiful will always be a pleasure to play.
If I end up purchasing a full size hang drum in the future this business will be at the top of my list.

Rory could not have been more helpful. Really appreciated having a local person who gave us time to explore the instruments available and make the right decisions for us. We will be back!
I called Rory to get advice about starting a Handpan journey. I met him at his studio a few hours later, he had exactly what I wanted and showed me the ropes to get me started. Very happy with my handpan and his service!
Rory went absolutely out of this way to provide me with excellent service. An initial technical problem with my order was immediately sorted out with a smile that was visible through the form. Then to ensure I got my instrument as soon as possible, Rory let me have a handpan he had ordered for his own stock, and personally delivered it to my door the day after it arrived in Perth. The handpan itself is beautiful and sounds divine.
Rory from Handpans Australia is a master musician and truly knows his stuff! He generously shared his knowledge, expertise and time to help me choose the perfect handpan and flute to suit my needs and wishes. His detailed advice was incredibly helpful and I found information and guidance from him that I simply couldn’t find anywhere else in my search. I’m so grateful for his generosity and expertise and would highly recommend Rory and Handpans Australia to anyone looking for beautiful, top-quality instruments and personalised guidance.
A huge thank you to Rory for my D Kurd 432Hz beginner handpan.
I have genuinely never been so excited for a delivery. It took a huge amount of time and patience to finally get here, but it was absolutely worth the wait.
The quality is incredible, the sound is beautiful, and you can tell how much care and craftsmanship has gone into making it.
The customer service throughout the entire process was outstanding. Rory was incredibly helpful, communicative and patient, and made the whole experience so easy despite the wait.
I absolutely love my handpan and couldn’t be happier with it. Thank you, Rory, for creating something so special.
I recently purchased a Raysen beginner handpan for my husbands 60th birthday.
Rory made the purchase very easy and smooth .
The handpan itself is really beautiful to play and to look at.
Went for 1 and bought 2
I've been dreaming of owning a flute for years. While in Perth, I came across this website, and it was so simple to navigate and choose an American Flute. Rory went above and beyond, playing multiple options repeatedly to help me find the perfect one. The level of care and dedication made this an unforgettable experience. I'm so grateful! 🙏

Ordered a 16 note D Curd Minor handpan tuned to 432Hz and can’t fault the customer experience with Rory or quality and sound of the instrument. Very good value for money and I love the instrument. It was definitely worth the wait while Sew crafted it for me and I feel gratitude every time I play it. Many thanks Rory and I’ll be back for more instruments :)
Couldn't be happier
I must admit I chose to purchase from this shop after checking the google reviews. My experience had been wonderful also, so incredibly happy to add to the 5 star reviews. I purchased the hybrid tongue drum. I just love it. It is my beginning instrument on my handpan journey. I have health challenges and needed something creative for my mental health. This is a good size for my needs, I love that it comes with such a good quality padded bag/backpack and mallets, as well as some finger mallet thingys. The sound to my untrained ear is lovely. I did struggle to know where to place the stickers but have searched social media and found some great resources for learning. Delivery was super quick, great communication. I couldn't be happier and will definately buy from here again when I'm ready for a handpan.

*Real review, not a bot 😊*. After 2 entire days research spiralling I’d already planned to buy elsewhere but a friend recommended Rory so I phoned him to double check my thoughts. I’m very glad I did. Even though I said I probably wouldn’t be buying anything this time, Rory was still super helpful, patient, informative & zero pressure. After another day of research I’d finally settled on a product & then found Rory had the best deal on it anyways plus he was happy to express ship it! Even if I’d found it a bit cheaper elsewhere, I’d have still gone with Rory because he absolutely deserves the support but also I know I’m in good hands if an issue should occur. After these couple of interactions, I just had to leave a review, then I see from other reviews that SO MANY PEOPLE have been equally impressed: friendly, honest, no pressure, highly knowledgeable & good prices. Absolute champ, thanks Rory 😊.
My handpan arrived Arrived from Italy today it sounds fantastic. I could not be happier. Rory made my purchase so easy and answered all my questions so I could make the right choice.
