*Real review, not a bot 😊*. After 2 entire days research spiralling I’d already planned to buy elsewhere but a friend recommended Rory so I phoned him to double check my thoughts. I’m very glad I did. Even though I said I probably wouldn’t be buying anything this time, Rory was still super helpful, patient, informative & zero pressure. After another day of research I’d finally settled on a product & then found Rory had the best deal on it anyways plus he was happy to express ship it! Even if I’d found it a bit cheaper elsewhere, I’d have still gone with Rory because he absolutely deserves the support but also I know I’m in good hands if an issue should occur. After these couple of interactions, I just had to leave a review, then I see from other reviews that SO MANY PEOPLE have been equally impressed: friendly, honest, no pressure, highly knowledgeable & good prices. Absolute champ, thanks Rory 😊.

I was nervous about ordering my first pan given it cost $2500 nzd but Rory set my mind at ease answering any questions and sorting any issues promptly at almost any time of day (sorry forgot the time gap between nz and Perth, oops 😬). Rory was great, very helpful in helping me buy my first handpan, something I've been wanting to get my hands on for over a decade. The handpan was made by Sew Handpan in Italy, great quality, perfectly in tune, exactly as advertised. For reference I picked up the Stainless C Minor Celtic 9 Note version.
