We hired a skip from h and d. We had admittedly had it for a long time (including during lockdown when our site was closed). They collected the skip (only about a third full) when the site was closed without even ringing us. On my arrival back at site they had just thrown the herras fences aside and driven off with the skip, so the site not left secured. Poor value and poor customer service. Also I must have emailed and rung about 5 times for a vat receipt. Always excuses and invoice never forthcoming.
