I am a long term Hancock customer and continue to be very satisfied with the service they provide. I had my fall check of my Mitsubishi mini-split done today by Mark who was very thorough in cleaning the unit to include cleaning the under scoops which I don’t remember being cleaned before. I was amazed at the stuff he cleaned out. All of the Hancock techs are professional, take their time, are thorough, and very willing to explain what they’re doing and answer all my questions. I would recommend Hancock to anyone looking for an HVAC company.

Former member of a another firm that pushes a "comfort club" that couldn't provide service till the end of July vice May when they should have return. Ironically, this firm finds time to advertise for new customers. Very pleased with the service by Hancok!

So I woke up to a puddle of water in my closet today. Assumed HVAC leaked and called Hancock and within an Hour their guy showed up and quickly found a cracked in the drain line. Normally other companies would cut and repair and recommend using electric heat tape however Hancock professionally installed 3 supports, and. Totally wrapped the drain line better than the other guys. Thank you Hancock your service technicians were outstanding!

Hancock is thorough in their estimates. They are clear in their communication and human when they are on site. Always made for a positive work site and showed more patience than I probably deserved with my endless questions. I’ll point out my needs were for a commercial job. Don’t let my stated costs below deter you from using them. It was a larger-than-residential need. Big fan of this company.
