FAKE COMPANY––––SCAMMERS––––STEAL Your Credit Card! FRAUD! I don't believe ANY of those reviews! I made an order almost a month ago, it still says its pending. I've tried chatting them, emailing them, calling them...No reply ever. NO confirmation, so I can't cancel. I checked my credit card statement and the same exact day for the same exact cost, a podcast course was purchased in Calgery, AB. Guess they're getting out of the fake shed business and moving into scamming people on podcasts now. They also made to fraudulent purchases from Home Depot.com on the same day with my credit card information. $749.84...and not thank you. STAY AWAY!

No-Hassle Cancellations I saw a strange invoice and got worried it wasn't a legitimate transaction, so I requested an immediate cancellation and refund. Hananoa support was incredibly understanding of my caution and didn't give me any trouble. They processed the cancellation immediately, and the funds were back in my bank account within 3 to 5 business days.

Great Problem Solving and Address Update I wanted to purchase the $199 grey storm shed and the $449 Oakland 11*7.5' shed. My payment method kept getting denied during checkout , but their support team completely resolved the processing issue on their end so I could use my card. We had just moved, and they were incredibly helpful in verifying my new shipping address in Hutchinson, MN before sending the sheds out.
