I had a great experience with my Korean private classes, especially with my teacher, Mi Kyung. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly encouraging right from the start, which made learning feel comfortable and enjoyable.
What I really appreciated was how she tailored each lesson to my level and pace. The structure was flexible and adapted to what I needed.
Overall, it felt very personalised and supportive. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking to learn Korean in a way that’s both effective and enjoyable!
Have been learning Korean with them for 2.5 years. Zoom classes are conducted in small groups which is great as there’s time to go around to speak & allow the teacher to guide/correct. Ms Kim MK is very nurturing, patient & attentive towards our progress. She helps to strengthen our weakness, build more confidence. She’s also responsive to our questions when we’re doing self studies. Will definitely continue learning from her for the next terms to come.
Really enjoyed my lessons with the school for the past 3 years. Especially grateful to Teacher John Park who help built my foundations right, and Teacher Kim Mikyung who continued to make lessons enjoyable with clear examples to demonstrate new grammar and taking effort to reinforce previous ones. Highly recommend this school to anyone serious about learning Korean, the teachers here are very encouraging and patient!
I joined this pre-intermediate class online from Jakarta mid-term due to relocating back from Singapore and the experience has been excellent although 아깝지만, I have to pending my term due to time conflicts (I hope the 학원 will soon have a weekend slot open to catch on my level ㅠㅠ)
김미경 선생님 has always been a wonderful 선생님, her teaching is always well-structured, simple (easy to understand) and run smoothly every week. She explains grammar clearly and gives plenty of speaking practice in this level.
I would highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality Korean class across regions like Jakarta and Singapore. 김미경 선생님, 언젠가 다시 수업에서 만날 수 있기를 바랍니다~!🫶🏻
I attended a trial session with teacher John Park on 25/2, and I was very satisfied with the trial class. John Park ensures that his learners learns the basic word structure first (consonants & vowels), associate words with English / Chinese words & meanings that helps with retention. Thank you teacher John Park! 😁

Many thanks to Mr John Park; learning the basics of Korean has been very enjoyable, even when it comes with challenges. Mr Park has been patient to fine tune my pronunciations. What has been really helpful is providing a directional structure on the 10 basic vowels so I can better understand the writings behind it. Looking forward to more lessons! ✅✅✅✅✅

I am disappointed with the recent experience encountered. Customers were not informed in advance about the additional charge for class recordings for level 2 class. The sudden implementation of this policy, without prior communication, is unacceptable.
The charge of $54.90 for class recordings – equivalent to $5.49 per class – is unreasonably high. It feels unfair to impose such high costs on students without transparency or consent. Also when I was at level 1, class recordings were not chargeable at all yet it becomes chargeable to a repeat customer.
Due to this issue, I am giving Crystal Learning Centre a rating of 2 out of 5. Reference to this experience, I will not be recommending this centre to my friends or colleagues.
I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and improve communication and pricing policies moving forward.

Thank you for your kind feedback. While recordings were never truly free, they appeared so to the end user because they were subsidized by the company. However, this practice has recently become unsustainable due to rising costs associated with cloud recordings. Additionally, we have received PDPA warnings for offering cloud recordings with unlimited viewings, as some students feel uncomfortable having their faces in the videos without proper safeguards from the company.
To continue providing access to recordings, we need to develop a platform that offers limited access. These changes come with associated costs for the company. As of December 2024, we have updated our policies to implement a small fee for accessing recordings. This fee is not intended for profit; rather, it is necessary to cover our operational costs.

I have really enjoyed learning Korean with Teacher John Park. Every lesson is well-structured, fun, and easy to follow. He always takes the time to explain things clearly and makes sure that we understand before moving on. I feel much more confident with speaking and listening to Korean now.
