Wonderful experience order from Hanabi Trading Collectibles! My items came super quickly (I received them within 2 days of ordering), they were packaged really securely in bubble wrap, and they even threw in a little freebie which was super kind. I also appreciated the email they sent before sending the items including pictures of the package. Will definitely be ordering from them again :)
Ordered from them for the first time and I have to say, absolutely amazing service!! They answered all my questions super quickly, and the item not only had tracked shipping which is always great but they took care of the item by sending photos before shipping and wrapped the item in plenty of bubble wrap to secure it. Definitely recommend, and they even gave me a freebie (thanks for the Eeveelution keychain, I love it!!). Would shop from them again for sure!!
I was worried at first so I did a small order but I'm looking forward to my next order. They packaged my order, sent pictures of the products before being boxed, of the shipping label, and a confirmation email once it was on the way. I even got a small little key ring charm as a personalized 'thanks' for the order.
Ive made a couple orders with Hanabi over the past 6-7 months and they've become one of my favorite shops. Site offers a great selection and variety of products. Its definitely a go to site for my late night browsing.
What really stands out is their excellent communication and packaging. Order confirmation is followed by a shipping confirmation with images of your packaged items, and what feels like a very personable email. Delivery is surprisingly fast. My latest order arrived within 3 days.
The items are very well packaged. Each item bubble wrapped and box stuffed with paper to prevent the contents from shifting while in transit. The level of care is very much appreciated. I also feel there is a conscious effort to include different variations in a single order where possible. For example when ordering multiple blisters Ive received different coin variants which I appreciated.
I would also be remiss not to mention we've been lucky to hit a couple chases in our orders or receive variants we were looking for in blind boxes. Maybe its just our luck but I think theres some magic coming from Hanabi as well.
I definitely look forward to continuing to support Hanabi with future orders when I can.
