I introduced our neighbour Beverley to Hamilton Paige to assist with selling her dilapidated property.
Our neighbour had some irresponsible tenants who made it uninhabitable a few years beforehand and the property fell into further disrepair which meant it needed a lot of investment and development to make it habitable again.

Hamilton Paige assisted my clients to sell their property in East Finchley, London. My clients had lost one of their job’s and unfortunately left things to the point where they were three days away from having their house repossessed. Luckily they called me before it was too late. I called Thor who with the help of one of his investors Bob organised an emergency court hearing to stop my clients' house from being repossessed. They then worked with my client to pay off the mortgage arrears and refurbish the property which was then sold by my client for a price they were happy with.
