I am an 80 year old coal miner having spent 30 plus years in the coal fields equally divided in the mines and above ground as a mechanic. My breathing problem is a combination of both the dust I worked in under ground and working with asbestos products as a mechanic outside in the shop. The Halpen Law Firm had their work cut out for themselves when dealing with the same company on my asbestos case as for over five years my black lung attorney fighting the same company. Dave Helpern kept me informed of this case for asbestos with the company all along the way. I feel very fortunate to have ask Dave to handle my case with a settlement I feel is very fair and just.
