We had a propane tank at our home. We used very little propane over a 19 year period. We always kept the tank in case we lost power, we could use our gas logs for heat. Then, I became permanently disabled and I am on oxygen. So we had them to come get the tank, since we were never going to be able to use due to oxygen.
Per the signed contract, the cost for removal of the tank is $50.00. If that changes during the contract, they should have sent us a notice, as no one goes to Hall propane office for any reason, much less to see if fees have changed. Now, they not only have harassed me for months because I refuse to pay them $110.00 more for tank removal for a total of $160.00, they turned it into a debt collector. This is after adding $21.00 in fees for a paper statement and finance charges after me telling them it would not be paid. And yes, we paid them the $50.00 for tank removal.
I have called numerous times and have ask to speak to the owner or manager to no avail.
I have a credit score 818, I pay my bills.... this is one that will NOT be paid.
The team at Halls did a great job helping with questions and helping get tank and gas logs setup. Great and fast service. Thanks again to you all.

8/15/25. Well I woke up to what was a major water leak, but turned out to be a bad condensation problem.
Hall's was able to dispatch 2 GREAT techs to examine and resolve the problem. Keith and Brad are true credits to their profession. They were fast, friendly and thorough in all their work. They answered all my questions and explained all their work. I can't begin to say enough about them. My HVAC system is up and running again and I'm once again enjoying cool air.
Hall's has fantastic employees, fast service, great prices.

Hall’s was recommended by several folks to work on heat pumps. It’s was quick and easy to get an appointment. Everyone I’ve dealt with were very professional and courteous. I appreciated the automated texts letting me know when they were on the way and the technicians name. Really like that they aren’t trying to sell me a whole new unit in place of a simple part that fixes the issue, unlike one of the new competitors in the area. Highly recommend, will definitely be using again for future HVAC needs.
