I have been waiting since May (it is October) to have a quote sent to me for a part I need to replace for work to be completed. I have followed up at least 10 times and have not received a quote. They eventually had to send someone out to look at my AC again because they “forgot what they did”. The last follow up I was told they already ordered it but cannot provide a price. At this point, I’m switching to another company who can follow through timely.

I recommend them to anyone, and I also recommend their annual service (twice/year maintenance on your system) which keeps my home system running and we can head off any issues before it gets too bad.

Amazing service - even on the 4th of July! Our A/C went out after 5:00, and we had 20 guests for dinner on the 4th. I called the after hours number and Tony showed up - a Godsend! He had the unit back and up and running quickly! So appreciative! Hall rocks!

A few weeks ago the air went out in our part time home on St Simons. I had to make a special trip there to have it repaired. I scheduled with Hall ahead of time. They arrived when scheduled, diagnosed the problem, obtained the parts quickly, understood that I was on a time constraint and had to leave GA asap and squeezed me in the schedule to accommodate me. The techs, Gavin and Dawson, were professional and polite and worked late into the evening to make sure I was all set. They were also able to get one part covered by the warranty and saved me thousands of dollars by doing so. I highly recommend them for HVAC needs.

Saved me-once again! I received a call at 4pm from our vacation rental guest stating that the AC had frozen up. It was super hot that day and without AC, the guests would have to find other accommodations. My call to Hall H&A was returned within a few minutes followed by another call by the technician who agreed to come by after he finished 2 other jobs. Within minutes of arrival, he diagnosed the issue, replaced the switch, and explained to me how and when to turn the unit back on after he left to allow time for the ice to melt (where it had frozen). Thank you so much-you guys are the best!

Extremely satisfied with a new Trane heat pump install. Guys appeared efficient and busy & did the job as advertised. Cleaned up & removed old system. It works as advertised. HOWEVER, my complaint is first, that they released all the old freon to the atmosphere with no attempt to recover. Second, in the attic, I discovered where they left a 3 inch gap on the main duct that had separated from the attic unit. Gap was on the opposite side of the chimney which may explain why the subsequent service appointment did not discover. Simple repair but shows lack attention to detail. I was able to seal that with appropriate metallic duct tape. The subsequent service guy (whose name I misplaced) was on time, efficient and quickly solved a drain problem. I will happily have the service guy back but I'm not positive I would recommend the company for major work.
