We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Kate and Mark for such a fantastic stay at Hall Farm Dadlington in The Shepherd’s Watch. We absolutely loved our time there! The hut was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need. The facilities were excellent, and Kate and Mark were such welcoming and accommodating hosts. Nothing was too much trouble, and we really appreciated all the little touches that made our stay so enjoyable. The views were absolutely beautiful too, and the whole place had such a lovely, peaceful feel. It was the perfect little getaway, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you again, Kate and Mark — we will be back soon ! ❤️

Myself and my partner booked our stay at the Sherpherds Watch as we just needed a weekend away in a beautiful relaxing setting and that’s exactly what Hall Farm provides. The decor is beautiful, everything is thought out, the hot tub is perfect, so lovely to sit and watch the sunset with the horses in the field. Some lovely little local pubs around and also little towns and places to go that aren’t to far of a drive. But honestly the main attraction is Halls Farm, so beautiful. We met Kate and she was lovely, so accommodating and friendly. We will definitely come again! Sophie and Russ xx

Me and my girlfriend went for just one night and it was lovely, had everything we needed and more, went to the farmers market which was 5 minute drive away and had a bbq and then chilled out in the hot tub, was very romantic would recommend!

A perfect countryside escape We stayed at the Shepherd’s Hut at Hall Farm, and it was simply fabulous—our own little slice of heaven! The place was spotless, and Kate & Mark have truly thought of everything to make the stay perfect. The dreamy sunsets and relaxing hot tub were highlights, giving us the chance to unwind completely. We only wish we could stay every night! Such an unforgettable experience that helped us relax and reset. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be sharing this gem with others. From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was something special! The breathtaking countryside views with Horses grazing in the near distance, the swing and the sun loungers outside, the sun was shining - we instantly felt relaxed! Inside the lodge is so tastefully decorated, so much so that I turned to my Husband and said ‘I could just live here!’ 😂 Kate had added a Birthday bunting & left us a bottle of Bubbly which was really thoughtful & kind - Thank you! We spent the evening cooking steak on the BBQ & eating our dinner outside overlooking the country side before unwinding in the hot tub beneath the festoon lighting as the sun set, so magical! In the morning we drank coffee outside, soaking up the last of the views, before heading on a short walk around the farm to see the Animals! Kate & Mark have thought of every little detail, creating the most peaceful, luxurious escape! We genuinely didn’t want to leave & said we aim to visit annually! Our little slice of heaven in the UK 🤍 Thank you both so much for a perfect stay, we cannot wait to return! ✨

We have stayed a few times now and each stay has been perfect! Every single accommodation is spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy. The surrounding area is also gorgeous and offers fantastic walks and places to visit. Kate and team are fantastic hosts and provide everything you can think of. We had the most amazing time at Hall Farm and always do. Every detail is thought through with so much care by Kate and she is always quick to respond to any messages. The lodges are stunning and so well equipped for the perfect getaway. I have lost count now how many times we have been back and it no matter the weather/time of year, it is simply gorgeous. So relaxing to sit and soak in the hot tub watching the never ending view and occasionally see the horses meandering past! Can’t wait to go back again.

Once again, another wonderful stay at what has become one of our favourite places! It's just so peaceful, well maintained and a very relaxing environment. We love it here and will be back later in the year. This time we stayed in The Shepherd's Watch, their newest property. It had only been opened for a week and we were thrilled to be one of the first guests. As expected, the build quality was excellent and so well designed (although there are quite a lot of cushions!! :-). Kate and Mark and fabulous hosts - always on hand if required, but never intrusive. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing stay somewhere in the Leicestershire countryside, you've just found it!

Wow, what a beautiful place to stay! We've been back to Hall Farm several times now, and we already have a few more stays booked. That alone says everything about how much we love it here. The setting is so peaceful and relaxing, with horses, alpacas, and stunning open countryside as far as the eye can see. It's the perfect place to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle. Kate and Mark are fantastic hosts who always make us feel so welcome. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they go above and beyond to make every stay special. We can't recommend Hall Farm highly enough and can't wait for our next visit!

Incredible break away Had a wonderful stay at the brand new Shepards Watch at Hall Farm. The whole stay was so peaceful and the views from the jacuzzi with the horses is just beautiful at sunset. The accommodation is stunning and so comfortable, with absolutely everything you need provided. I just love staying at Hall Farm and can’t recommend it enough.

This two night stay was absolutely amazing. The old tractor shed was spotless, very well designed, cosy with some lovely features. The views were spectacular saw some lovely sunsets and we woke up to the lovely alpacas at our window. We have never stayed in such a nice place where it has everything we need and more it ticks all the boxes to a perfect couple getaway. Kate is very attentive and you can tell her priority is to make sure you have the most relaxing stay. We took a lovely walk through the farm and past the canal to the pub which was a nice walk in the countryside with great views. This is our favorite place we have stayed!!

We had a wonderful stay at The Old Tractor Shed, Hall Farm in Dadlington. The accommodation was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and cosy, making it the perfect countryside retreat. The peaceful surroundings and stunning rural views made it so easy to relax and unwind. The information booklet received prior to arrival was incredibly helpful, and it was clear the hosts had thought of everything to make our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. The property was very well-equipped, and the attention to detail really stood out throughout. I would go as far as to say it is the most thoughtfully prepared property we have stayed in :) One of the highlights was seeing the sheep and alpacas up close, and the horses were beautiful too. It was wonderful waking up and going to sleep with the animals nearby, which really added to the peaceful farm atmosphere. We also enjoyed a lovely stroll along the canal during our stay. The hosts were welcoming and helpful from the moment of booking, making us feel right at home. The hot tub / Jacuzzi was fantastic! definitely the best we have ever used, spacious, relaxing, and again everything was super clean. The property was also very private, which was exactly what we were looking for. The location was ideal for exploring the local area while still enjoying a quiet and tranquil setting. We especially loved the charm of the area and the unique atmosphere of the converted tractor shed. We would highly recommend The Old Tractor Shed, Hall Farm to anyone looking for a relaxing countryside getaway and would happily stay again in the future. Thank you for having us :)

A Beautiful, Peaceful Stay We had such a lovely stay at Hall Farm. From the very first message, Kate was wonderful. She was warm, helpful and so easy to communicate with. It really set the tone for the whole visit. The place itself is gorgeous. Immaculately clean (which matters so much to me) and beautifully decorated, with a calm, cosy feel the moment you walk in. The surroundings are peaceful with stunning views, and the whole atmosphere is exactly what I was hoping for (quiet, soothing and truly restorative). I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches. The flower pots, pumpkins and fairy lights greeting us outside made it feel so welcoming, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into every detail, both inside and out. It was the perfect spot for us to relax and unwind, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you, Kate, for creating such a lovely place and we would happily come back again. Katy x
