Adding a new review as I visited Halls again today. Friendly professional and great service. A good selection of frames and a comprehensive eye examination with all the fancy equipment that has replaced those heavy glasses of old. Why go anywhere else? I still prefer to support a local business rather than a franchise/chain. Thanks team. I’ll be back for more glasses soon.

Staff are so friendly and welcoming. My eye test and glasses fitting were great with both appointments running on time and communication being clear. Definitely recommend.

Outstanding service and expertise I had the best experience at the Redcar store! The entire staff were incredibly helpful, but Julie truly stood out. She has a remarkable talent for helping you pick frames that perfectly suit your face. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Brilliant service from start to end .friendly staff who guided me through from start to finish .Julie listened to what I wanted in regards of frames and found me my ideal pair, taking time and effort to make sure I was 100%happy ,taking time to take photos for me on my phone for me to look at . Moving up to varifocals was a bit of a worry but was given confidence by Gavin and they look amazing and choice of varifocals lens recommendations has made it an easy transition. Definitely recommend and will be back next time I need a test or glasses.
