My husband took the car in however he said all was great and efficient. I had the oil changed at Ford awhile back, they stated my blinker needs changed and when I left it did not work. So, I took it to the repair side, and the man there just said looks like you have a leak in your blinker , mind you he never touched the car. And quoted me $500 to fix it and said it would just go out again, I have not been back. Took it to a few other places to have the oil changed, decided to bring it to you and you fixed the blinker less than $100 . Ford will get a call

My car would not start & ultimately had to be towed. I was so surprised at how quickly the problem was diagnosed & repaired. A couple days later & I am back on the road again & it didn’t cost near as much as I was anticipating. This shop is my new go-to!!!

I made the call, they picked up my wife’s vehicle from where it broke down about an hour later and had her back on the road in about 24 hours. Guaranteed parts/labor, they get you in and out, the job is done right the first time. This is probably my 7th time using their services for all my vehicles. Just a heads up, they are not going to be the cheapest quote you’ll get for your repair, but that’s not what I’m looking for. Guarantee your work and parts, fix it correctly and in a timely manner, keep me posted of the status because each day my vehicles are down, costs me time, money, and patience. I put their service ahead of most car dealerships in the area at this point, they have them beat on price and service. I’ll get at least another 100k miles out of my “paid off” vehicles thanks to Hales.
