I received a very efficient level of service. The electrician who attended was helpful, informative and very much on task. He explained the work being undertaken and the reason for it and also kindly waited for me to turn up, as I was unavoidably delayed. He also was no stranger to good customer service and had a good sense of humour too.
Have used Hale Electrics a few times and they’re always very professional and friendly, arrive when they’re meant to and get the job done quickly and efficiently. There’s never any hidden costs and they don’t try to upsell. Would highly recommend.

Replacement Bathroom Extractor Fan
Hale Electrics replaced our bathroom extractor fan after it started making an awful noise. Nice local company, great to deal with and engineers that attended were very helpful. Would be happy to recommend them and would use them again.
I had a survey done by two of the team members and they were polite and efficient. Both explained everything to be very well and were very well priced for the work thats been done. Would highly recommend.

My lights were only working in the bathroom. We could not get any lighting in other rooms.
Each stage was communicated clearly. Steven explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. In order to understand where there was a fault.
