I am so impressed with Hale Electrics and will definitely use them for any jobs that come up in future. Dexter Mitchell was brilliant - friendly and knowledgeable, great at thinking on his feet and problem solving. The installation of a double plug socket was more complicated than expected but Dexter figured out the best way to do it on the spot and carried out the task with good humour. He also quickly and adeptly replaced a ceiling light rose. Highly recommended!

Dexter and Connor came round to add some plug sockets, change over light switches and an outdoor socket. They were both very hard working polite and informative about the job in hand and very tidy. I would throughly recommend to anyone and will definitely be using again in the future.

Faulty socket fixed! (TN9)
The team arrived on time and were very helpful I had a faulty socket that needed fixing which was completed in a timely manner and they updated another socket so it all matched in the kitchen.

The customer service was very good and I was happy with the overall experience using Hale electrical LTD. The electrician who visited got to work promptly and the job was done cleanly and efficiently. Hale provided me the appropriate certificates needed for the job. The Hale team were very professional and nothing was too much. They also provided solutions and suggestions for the light fittings to match the aesthetics of the office. The pricing was transparent with quotation provided and anything in addition to the quote was discussed before work was carried out. I would highly recommend.

We had three in line extractor fans and three down lights fitted to our shower rooms. We have not used Hale Electrics before.
Hale Electrics customer service is excellent. The quotation and installation date process was slick and any questions were handled quickly and professionally. The contact was the highly capable and ever cheerful Elizabeth who ensured everything went smoothly. The installation by the first rate electrician (James) was fuss free, timely and very neat. The recommended fans work even better than we hoped for. There was no additional charges at installation, the electrician arrived at the time agreed. I would highly recommend Hale Electrics.

Light fitting and socket replacement (BR6)
The electrician arrived promptly and all the requested upgrades were carried out to a high standard. They were very knowledgeable, happy to answer any questions, and most importantly made sure everything was in a safe working order. A few additional electrical issues were identified so we'll be approaching them for some further upgrades to our property. Very happy with their professional manner and work.
