We recently had a 20 kW solar system, along with a 48 kWh Sigenergy battery and gateway, installed. The approval process with Energex took some time, but we’re very happy we waited. The installation team did a fantastic job, delivering a neat and professional setup. The system works flawlessly and provides reliable three-phase whole-house backup.

We have been a client of Halcol Energy for some years now. We started with the major replacement of our old solar installation in 2020 and yesterday they completed the installation of a Solaredge 20kW battery system and 10kW inverter, and expansion of the solar panels to suit our needs. Throughout this entire process we have been impressed with the timely advice, the knowledge, and the detailed technical support provided by Halcol Energy staff. The transition was smooth and the system is now complete. We have a quality installation completed by a professional group of guys, with the support of the rest of the Halcol Energy team. Respectful, friendly and very competent. Can't ask for any more. A special mention to Ethan for his support and assistance along the road, and to Brendan and his installation crew for the quality installation work, and the clean-up!! Halcol Energy has set a high standard that many others in the industry would no doubt struggle to achieve. We are grateful for the effort. Once again, thanks team, for a job well done. Halcol Energy has installed 24 solar panels and 24kwh battery for our house recently. The service from the start was faultless. In giving our quote, Ali said to contact him any time, and I did, often! He really responded so professionally to my many requests for information. So impressed were we with him and the process that our 2 daughters also signed up for solar with him. At short notice I changed my requirements in battery size and that was accommodated and a new quote issued promptly. The installers arrived on schedule and were a pleasure to deal with. Ethan and his team went out of their way to organise last minute changes to panel layout that were necessary. Halcol immediately transported extra attachments that were required to us. They worked into the evening to ensure completion. We could not be happier with the whole operation.

Our dealings with Ged have been 1st class. He is extremely knowledgeable about the system and answers/replies to concerns straight away.
