The personal attention, explanation of the entire process, and post operative care was exceptional. Being able to communicate directly to Dr. Chris with any questions on his personal cell phone is a rare service these days. On top of all that, the results were amazing. Dr Heinis and his team did an amazing job on my hair, it looks natural, he made me feel comfortable, explained everything very well. Do your research! First, you don’t actually get dr.Distefano. I didn’t know that till I went in for my actual procedure appointment. The ladies that are actually doing your procedure are very nice. BUT the dr that’s “performing your procedure” only draws on your hairline, and pokes the holes in your scalp for the new grafts. Everything else is done by the technicians, extracting the grafts and implanting them. Which I honestly wouldn’t have cared that much if I was told all this up front, I never was! I also had to tell dr.Chris the hairline he wanted to give me was completely crooked, as in one side was way to high and the other too low, I pointed it out and ask to adjust it and he got annoyed with a simple request. I even consulted with the technicians that I wasn’t the crazy one here, and they agreed with me that it was too off. They also quote u for the amount of grafts but what they also don’t tell you is if there is more than one hair follicle in that graft it’s considered more that one, ie. 3 strands of hair in one graft they consider to be 3 grafts not 1, so you don’t actually get the amount of grafts you are quoted. Lastly they ended up using grafts that had more than one follicle/hair strand, throughout the front of my hairline so it don’t look natural and you (or at least me) can see the clear separation between your old hairline and the new one. Even after all is said and done I reached back out because I was unsatisfied with my results and was willing to do another procedure to get what I want (for a discounted rate of course) which the sales consultant I worked with agreed with me and my results. Dr.Chris completely dismissed my concerns and what I was promised I didn’t get. No offering of a discount on another procedure, nothing. Dude is definitely a bit of a narcissist. Good luck dealing with this guy! I say go somewhere else because you will end up getting another procedure done somewhere else like I’m having to do.

First off, Dr. DiStefano hasn’t practiced at our clinic in years. That’s clearly stated on our website and all of our materials — so if there was any confusion, it definitely didn’t come from us.
Second, your accusation that we count hairs instead of grafts is simply false. A graft is a graft. If you were told 1,300 grafts, you received 1,300 grafts — not hairs. Throwing around misinformation like that is not only inaccurate, it’s misleading to others and undermines the work we do with integrity every single day.
We NEVER let a patient leave if they state that they are unhappy with anything. My nurses and techs would never allow what you stated to happen. Now, if you’re genuinely unhappy with your result, I haven’t heard anything about it until now. We have no record of you as a patient. We were never made aware of your complaints, and my consultants have no idea about any of this. I’m concerned you may be confusing us with a different practice. If you were a patient, please provide the date you had your procedure so I can look into this properly.
Dr. Chris always stands behind his work, and had we known about your concerns, we would have had you come back in at no charge — not a discount. We guarantee our work and are always committed to making things right when given the opportunity.
Also, calling our doctor names is unnecessary and honestly pretty immature. We’re professionals, and we treat our patients with respect — we expect the same in return.

MY Results : It’s been about 6 months since my procedure and I have full coverage of my head again. The new hairs are about 2.5 inches in length right now but they were so well blended , it looks like a full head of hair already . When i was trying to decide which place to do my surgery it was very confusing and other places were giving vague estimates. It was also very hard to get certain straight answers or actually talk to the doctors themselves. The Dutasteride 5mg. not only regrew my hair it stopped my hair from falling out. I no longer have see-through hair with no volume laying flat in my head as you can tell from the pictures (with no product)my hair has significant volume and density after just a few months. I never went through the phase of shedding maybe that was because I use the Rogaine and the laser hat (every other day with the laser hat). I did try using the Rogaine on my hair wet before I put it in the laser cap every other day twice with the rogaine being used every day twice.
You can see from the brush that there was virtually no shedding at all, just hair growth, new hair growth, and more than I could’ve hoped for especially in three months!

I wrote a scathing review on this website which I am altering because he and I just spoke by phone.
