My daughter was diagnosed with cancer on her senior year, our life was shattered with one doctor visit for what we thought was a cold. My daughter has beautiful hair and takes pride in her hair. She was hesitant about being seen in public or even around family. We went to several salons and she was told we can’t find that r help you with what you want. After treatment one day we just showed up at Hairbuilders and even though we didn’t have an appointment Agnes took us in and said “I can help you”! We spoke for 30 minutes and set up another appointment, I saw a light in my daughter’s eyes. At the appointment she had cranial prosthesis and that was exactly what she wanted, I saw her smile for the first time in weeks! Agnes refused to take any money from us and accepted our insurance. She also had her look at her in stock wigs and gave her another one for around the house! As we were walking out her and her staff made a fuss over my daughter and started giving her product to take with her. It was amazing to see the transformation in my daughter . She now goes out in public and wants to goto school! We were so blessed to find Hairbuilders and her amazing team, she made my daughter see that her hair wasn’t going to stop her from living during this trying time in our lives. I recently had two appointments at Hairbuilders and was grateful for the service and care I was given by Agnes. Her covid protocols made me fell comfortable and at ease. She was very understanding and accommodating since I had to reschedule my appointments due to illness. I am a cancer patient and have lost my hair and was interested in a human hair wig. Agnes took her time explaining the different options, prices and availability of certain wigs. I picked out a beautiful wig and came back the following week and the wig was washed and styled by Karen. I was sent home with a beautiful wig, shampoo and conditioner, a brush and a head form. Thank you for providing such wonderful service!

They are expert on styling and teaching techniques for styling. They work with me on the exact coloring and texture I want. Would and have recommended their services to many people. And, many people compliment me on how natural my hair looks.

From the moment I walked into Hairbuilders to meet with Agnes, I felt comfortable. I walked in with many wants and expectations and she listened and wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I was asking for. My hair started to thin when I was around 25. By the time I was 30 it was so thin my scalp was visible. I tried multiple sprays, powders, hair growth treatments…the list goes on. Finally I went to the dermatologist who told me I have scarring alopecia. My hair would not be growing back, and it would be getting worse. I was absolutely devastated. Then, I heard an ad for Hairbuilders on the radio and my husband urged me to make an appointment. That appointment changed my life. I first met with Agnes, and she was so kind. She truly understood the insecurities that come with hair loss. She gave me multiple options, and explained everything in detail. I decided that a hair system was the right choice for me. Karen is my stylist and has been for the 5 years I have been going to hair builders. She is kind, empathetic, and a wonderful stylist. I love her so much I invited her to my wedding (where she helped fix my hair!!). The hair systems I have gotten from Hairbuilders are beautiful, and look so natural. If you are struggling with hair loss, please know that there is hope!! I can’t recommend everyone at Hairbuilders enough. It will change your life!!

As with many major economic decisions, the fulcrum in favor of a pro response is service, quality, and respect for the individual. My best friend went here and got charged way to much and her hair was terrible. To start she has fine hair and they did slices with her fouls and she had stripes going horizontally across the top of her head and the hair piece cut was in even and didn’t even blend with her natural hair and the cut on her natural hair was uneven. I am a hairdresser and i had to fix her color and re cut her hair and she called them about the hair piece and they did nothing wouldn’t give her a refund or anything it was not the owner is was a daughter . Would not recommend

This is the first time I have ever posted a negative review but I am that displeased with Hairbuilders. I bought an initial hairpiece several years ago. Initially my experience with the owner was quite good. However, the service and professionalism from her daughters is not the same. I never felt completely listened to, the quality of cuts was Less and less positive as time went on...I began to feel like they just were trying to get me to buy more- products, new system, etcmake more money by buying products and new hair pieces. When I recently expressed not being happy with a new piece and it’s cut, they did not even respond to phone messages or emails. I have since found another salon that i am 100% happy with-she listened and fixed the piece I had bought from Hairbuilders. In the past I have referred people with hair loss issues to Hairbuilders, but I certainly will not be doing that in the future!
