The service was really super efficient!We travel often and hate to waste time between trips, and with them the travel time has really been reduced to what is strictly necessary, no waiting. Although we had booked the transfer at 12, the flight arrived 30 minutes in advance and after a few moments they had already arrived to pick us up. The driver took us to the ferry, got us tickets, and we boarded for Cat Ba. As soon as we got off the ferry there was already the other driver waiting for us. Quick, convenient, intelligent solution, super effective communication without wasting time. Thank you guys!!!

Enjoying worry-free
We booked 2 trips. One trip to Hanoi and one trip in Halong Bay. Both were organised perfectly. Pick up, driver, guide, eating with a local lady in Hanoi and food on board of the boat in Halong Bay. The food was 2x exquisit. Something you wouldn’t find on your own as a tourist. We loved it.

Great way to travel
We hired a car with a driver to drive us from a cruise ship in Ha Long Bar to Hanoi and to collect us for the return journey 9 hours later. The cost was less than a cruise excursion, the journey was in a nice car instead of an excursion bus and the driver was a very nice man and a very good driver. I thoroughly recommend this company

Excellent and reliable tour company!
The entire process of booking with Hai Phong Tour company as well as the trip itself was excellent. Received booking reservation with door to door service from Ha Long hotel to Ninh Binh hotel. We had to transfer but they informed us when we needed to get on the transfer bus so there were no confusion. Excellent customer service throughout the process and they even checked to make sure that we got dropped off! Highly recommend and will definitely use the company again!

Reliable and quick response
Reliable and quick response. Communication on whatsapp. Easy and straightforward. You can do both in English or Vietnamese. We got pickup at hotel from Haiphong to Sapa. A long trip, 7 seater car for 3 adults with luggage. Our driver, MR Dien, was excellent and provide us a safe and comfortable ride. Would probably book again on next occassion.

Custom tour - seamless experience
Setting up a Vietnam experience can be overwhelming with choices aplenty, but we had specific ideas for a routing through Vietnam that didn't have us doing multiple daytrips out of Hanoi (backtracking all day and being on a bus for hours daily wasn't appealing for our family. So on a recommendation I decided to book private car transport from Ninh Binh out to Halong Bay with a stop in between. Dealing with Hai Phong tours was so easy and in English with clear communication! I ended up booking a Halong Bay Cruise through HPT as well because the communication was quick and clear, and they could arrange point-to-point transfers as well. No struggling to figure out departure points or trying to communicate with local drivers, everything was seamless, and driver details communicated the evening before via whatsapp. Tip: expect to pay in advance (done online via a link) and don't expect formal email confirmations etc - locally in Vietnam this appears to be the norm with text confirmations, we had zero issues and overall would definitely use HPT again for custom Vietnam tour planning needs!

Airport transfers
We used the the team at Haiphong Tours to organise our transport in Haiphong to get to and from our cruise ship. I have to say from the 1st communication through to checking we were safely at the airport the service was 1st class. Always on time, drivers were safe and the communication to and from them as our plans changed was perfect. Highly recommend them, very professional and reliable.
