I cannot recommend Jaime Hailstone Funeral Care high enough. Thoughtful, excellent advice, sorted out the total funeral arrangements and kept me informed. On the day of the funeral for my wife Jaime and her colleagues were respectful, kind and caring.
Given we no longer live in Rugby we were lucky enough to recently contact Jaime re my Aunts funeral. From the first word we were amazed at her professionalism, courtesy and dignity that she showed us. We were taken through every aspect of the process slowly and with utmost care, and we developed absolute confidence in what we agreed and planned with her. Nothing was too small an issue and with no experience we asked many questions, all of which were answered seamlessly.
She introduced us to Carol our Celebrant and the two ladies were amazing. On the day she and her colleagues were so caring and the service was completed exactly to our wishes. We can’t thank them enough.

We have sadly had to turn to Revel Funeral Care on two of the hardest occasions any family could face - first with the passing of my mum, and more recently my sister. Amazing experience, extremely respectful and there slogan of “one family looks after another” rings extremely true. Took away all the hard work and stress out of organising a funeral, especially the stress of money, the prices were all very affordable, my requests were followed and the whole process was handled with a care and personal touch that was extremely appreciated. Compared to other companies in this area it was a lot more respectful, reasonable and affordable, Jaime was attentive to all my requests and I highly recommended her services to anyone that is in the unfortunate situation of requiring them. Overall a lovely experience in a very difficult and trying time, thank you on behalf of my whole family.
Jaime delivered a truly incredible service from our call to Revel at the time of our mothers death to us leaving the crematorium.
Her support was gentle, considered, clear, and timely
