Please, for the sake of your sanity, do not use this company. I was referred to them by my home warranty company, Cinch Home Services. I explained to these guys, several times, that my wife is taking cancer medication, and the heat is not good for her. They DO NOT care. It’s all about the money for them. It’s been over a week that we do not have a/c at our house. They say they’re waiting for a condenser. Before they came out, we had a/c, but it would turn on and off. But, it still kept the house at a livable temperature. The technician who came by spent most of his time looking confused, and then left us with absolutely no a/c by unplugging the breaker at the a/c unit. If you’re an a/c company, you should not be in the HVAC business if you cannot diagnose a problem. Cinch Home Services says that they use vetted contractors. Not sure what their vetting process is, but it needs to be looked into.

I told Faris that maybe it’s better if we just purchased a whole new a/c unit. He was all over that! He couldn’t have been more excited or helpful. Well, I had another company come out to see if they could fix the a/c in a more timely manner. They did. Our issue had NOTHING to do with the AC unit. It was a bad soft starter which is what our generator uses to start the AC unit when the power goes out.

Our company was assigned to your service request by Cinch Home Services. Since your contract is directly with them, we are required to follow their instructions and process. That includes waiting for their approval, parts sourcing, and timeline. We understand it’s frustrating, but unfortunately, we have no control over those decisions.
When you asked about bypassing the warranty and working with us directly, we gave you two clear options: repair or replacement. You asked for a replacement quote, which we provided, and we also submitted a financing application on your behalf. When that application was declined due to credit reasons, we followed up again and tried to present you with an alternative financing option. Unfortunately, we didn’t hear back from you.
We respect your right to leave a review, but we have to be honest parts of your claim are simply not accurate. It’s not fair to place the full blame on us when we did everything we could within our limited role. We’ve tried to help both through the warranty process and directly, even offering discounted options and follow-up support.
We truly wish you and your family the best moving forward.

HAHA’s came over within an hour of my after-hours call on the hottest day of the year in a heat advisory, and had my capacitor replaced and the unit up and running right away. The tech was very thorough and knowledgeable, and I appreciated their direct and forthright approach. Thank you!
