Lucy was very welcoming and helpful both at the beginning of, and during our stay. We ran out of kindling and firelighters and Lucy was very quick in bringing us some more, with no extra cost. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back (but probably in warmer months). The only downside was that it was a bit cold outside so it took quite a few hours and constant monitoring for the hot tub to get up to a warm enough heat for the kids to get into. Once it was hot, it was lovely and they had a blast. Also, the tent was quite flappy as there was a small storm. The blankets were so cozy and warm though, and we enjoyed the peaceful, rural aspects of staying in a yurt :)

Stayed here for a surprise 50th celebration with family. Its such a nice location. Being able to sit in the hot tub watching the stars was phenomenal. The owners were amazing and answered any queries we had. Its stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. Had nice little touches like carts to help get luggage and food to the yurts, hot water bottles, nice thick blankets and a welcome basket including milk and cheese which was locally sourced. We will definitely be back at some point! We underestimated how cold it was overnight for April but having the wood burner, blankets and hot water bottles made for a really nice relaxed cosy environment. The app is good for help with anything you need and does tell you its cold in the evenings so its no ones fault but ours!

We had an amazing stay. We honestly couldn't have wanted for anything. The hosts were helpful and responded to messages quickly and the app linked to the site was incredibly helpful and informative. We would definitely love to stay again. The whole site was picturesque and such a relaxing environment. Being able to sit in the hot tub watching the stars was simply incredible.

We had a fantastic stay - our first time 'glamping' but certainly won't be the last. The place feels much more luxurious than we were expecting, is very peaceful, and the attention to detail in all of the rooms was wonderful. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of warm blankets provided, and a brilliantly hot shower. The hot tub was an excellent touch - even in late October. Lucy's communication throughout was excellent, and she even made sure to come and meet us in the dark when we arrived much later than expected.All in all a superb trip.Thank you!

Such a beautiful location and the lodges are stunning . So spacious , comfortable and well thought out. The sound of the rain on the canvas early morning was so soothing , followed by glorious sunshine as we sat on the deck and enjoyed the view. The hot tub was really relaxing (make sure to start it early as takes a few hours!), especially under the night sky. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and have recommended to friends & family already !

Relaxing stay at Hadspen glamping Family with four year old and Mil. We have just returned from a lovely stay here, the safari tents are equipped with everything you could need. We loved relaxing in the hot tub, and then after, warming up by the log burner on the cozy couches. The rain shower is lovely and the beds are so comfy. There is lawn games outside and board games inside. Lucy has thought of everything. It’s a peaceful location, with beautiful villages nearby. I highly recommend Hadspen Glamping.

We had a Brilliant stay at Hadspen Glamping, my 4 year old daughter wanted to stay longer. We loved the hot tub, the bbq was great we made use of it twice during our stay. Inside everything was perfect, like a home from home feeling. The location is set away from the village, so very peaceful, we loved to just sit and enjoy the bird song and watch for any wildlife. Castle Cary is a short drive away and has all the shops you would need. (Recommend the butchers, their burgers are the best!)Lucy has thought of everything. I highly recommend Hadspen glamping and we will be coming back.

Best glamping experience. Lovely set up with only 3 safari tents. The accommodation had everything we needed. With some lovely luxury touches. Really roomy for our family of three. Easy to cook food indoors or on the outside BBQ. Hot tub... just amazing with superb views. Attentive service from Lucy too, with lots of great recommdations. Easy to use online welcome pack made the overall 'check in' and 'leaving' straightforward. We made the most of being in an amazing part of Someset with great local day visits. 5**** holiday expereince. Only downside... we had to leave. BUT, we know we will be back again soon.

Just the most amazing stay in the countryside. I would highly recommend Hadspen Glamping brilliant hosts Lucy and Rob greet you on arrival and are there to help with anything you need. Glamping tent is perfect clean spacious and had everything needed for a perfect relaxing weekend. We went with 3 children aged 5, 10 and 13 and they loved playing field games and board games and we all loved the wood fired hot tub!! We visited Wookey Hole Caves, a local park and the village and enjoyed the whole experience thank you so much for a fantastic stay!

Great Holiday for the family We came as a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children what a beautiful glamping tent in the countryside. The boys loved playing field games and board games and we all loved the hot tub 😁 we enjoyed visiting Wookey Hole and the local village and park and enjoyed going out with torches searching for wildlife and looking at the stars. If your looking for a peaceful break away from everyday life in the countryside this is the perfect getaway. Rob and Lucy greet you on arrival and are brilliant with communication and the Glamping tent is comfy, clean, spacious and has more than you need for a wonderful long weekend. We had an amazing time Glamping as a family of 5! Lucy and Rob were great hosts and it was lovely to escape life and have some peace in the countryside with board games and field games. We visited Wookey Hole which was brilliant! The Glamping tent and hot tub were perfect with everything you need and more would highly recommend. We stayed at Lime Kiln Lodge with 3 boys aged 13, 10 and 5 and they absolutely loved exploring the field, seeing the sheep, playing field games, board games and exploring with torches at night. The beds were comfy and it's just a beautiful get-away all roundthank you so much Lucy and Rob 😁

We were lucky enough to visit Hadspen Glamping as a competition win which is incredibly generous of the owners! We decided to extend our stay and pay for an extra night and are so glad we did. 3 nights was the perfect time away! The tents have everything you need, are clean and have some lovely additional touches like quality toiletries and a small arrival hamper of goodies. The ‘switched off’ living means that there are solar powered lights and a USB which can be used as a charger for phones (we aren’t quite there yet with not having our phones to hand so this was fab!). The beds are super comfy and the shower is powerful with a good temperature - both things you might have wondered about on a glamping stay. The setting is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. The log burning hot tub was enjoyable and we made good use of the bbq and pizza oven. We had a membership arranged for the Newt which is within walking distance and a fab day out. Lucy was super helpful, picking us up from the station, giving tips and recommendations as well as seeming that nothing was too much for us to ask - absolutely excellent hosting - thank you! Upon booking you are sent a link to a digital guide which is super helpful and even includes video links with ‘How to’ guides for essential things like lighting the hot tub. Overall, We’d absolutely recommend this stay; for a weekend you can do without a car but for a longer period you might want one to explore the area.

The safari tents are a great fun way to spears a few nights (we did 4). The beds are comfortable and the decor was well done. Both kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The outside was the gem, the terrace, big dinning table and chairs provided a great place to be. The highlight was the bbq pizza area where you could enjoy the evening sun and the wood fired hot tube. Both these made the experience truly amazing. Many thanks Lucy
