The materials, past papers, and exam resources he worked from are sourced and provided by HYC — premium subscriptions and licensed resources we invest in heavily each year so our tutors walk in fully equipped. As independent subcontractors, our educators would ordinarily be responsible for sourcing their own resources, yet we choose to provide them regardless. That reflects a deliberate choice. We've stepped away from every other subject to focus exclusively on AP and IB — a specialisation very few providers in the world commit to, and one we pursue even though it costs us: we forgo the much larger pool of general tutoring families, and we still charge ordinary tutoring rates while paying our educators well above them.
