This service is a money scam. They will call you and give you a generic speech and try to have you pay for a video call where they will then attempt to gain access to your computer remotely. Completely unhelpful and a waste of time and money. DO NOT USE. You will spend 5.99 for a phone call for someone to tell you "we can speak about your options if you set up a video call" a video call is 20$+.

Lifesavers! I can’t say enough good things about Hacked.com! While I was out of town on a cruise, both my Facebook and Instagram accounts were hacked - even with 2-factor authentication enabled.
