Hacked.com is THE REAL DEAL! Contact them with complete confidence! THIS SERVICE IS LEGIT!!! I cannot recommend GREG FRANKLIN from Hacked.com HIGHLY ENOUGH! My Facebook Profile and Messenger were hacked mid-November. My friends & family were exploited by false posts, asking for help to make money for nursing home care for a multitude of fictional family members. I have never felt so totally helpless in my entire life. I never fully understood what being hacked actually meant. Anyone with my maiden or married name names were blocked and unable to access the posts to provide the truth. Dozens of others were blocked for trying to report the hackers. Every time someone would comment on the posts that I had been hacked, it would immediately be deleted by the criminals. I am forever grateful to Greg for leading me through the tedious process of getting my profile back. He was SO patient and extremely kind and professional from day 1. He REALLY knows his stuff. He is an amazing person. I did not want to simply start a new profile, as I would have lost all of the many memories of my Dad & my life over the past 15 years. I wanted my personal account back! My future on social media will remain only positive & uplifting, as always...but, I will be proceeding with much more caution and less random clicking! I received the only Christmas gift I asked for this year, a little early - to get my life back & have this nightmare end!

My review is based on the cost for the service for what they do in regards to a Facebook profile being taken down. I want to say they give great kustomer service and are beyond friendly. Originally I spoke to the team regarding my facebook getting taken down. I lost my personal page and one business page. I wasn't sure what happened but suddenly I wasn't there. Total panic right! It was $30 bucks for the initial chat. Side mention, I do believe the entire time is located outside the USA. Not a huge deal but want you to know inkase that matters to you. I thought this cost was fair. I explained what I saw from my side. They went over what they would do and what their service was. They have about 3 steps 1. is send emails to state offices, 2. is a demand letter to Meta, 3. File a lawsuit in small claims with Meta. Pamela was very nice and understanding during the chat. I paid the $599 to begin the process. I spoke with one of their guys.He was super nice. He again went over the process. He showed me, how you file, with the public offices of your state to try and get them to help. Truthfully this doesn't work, at least in Florida. I only heard back from one and they had no clue what we were talking about. We got no where with that. During the same chat he send send you a basic form letter with your information you told him. Then this got mailed to Meta. To note, they do not do any searches for bugs or issues on your computer, this was not even offered. In the end, I found someone who worked for Meta and they helped me get it back. Apparently FB accidently took down a bunch of accounts. Although the staff is beyond kind and they did refund me most of my money back, I feel the whole service should only be offered at $159. It doesn't hurt to have them try this route but in the end, if you own a business and truly count on fb (aka don't have a ton of time to wait), you really need to find someone at Meta and file a report through them.

I have nothing but good to say about this company. I was literally desperate to recover my Facebook account that I've had since 2007. The hacker was in control of my account for 4 days and I was absolutely helpless as to doing anything about it. There was zero support from Meta or Facebook. I was finally able to go through Meta verified to get in touch with an agent and that did absolutely nothing for me. They basically told me there was nothing they could do for me. When I got on the zoom call with Aaron Weaver we were able to get into my account on the first try. We were able to change the hackers information or at least his email and phone number that he had changed from mine. It was a very stressful weekend and I am very grateful to everything that Aaron and this company has done for me. If it wasn't for them I don't think that I ever would have recovered this account. The photos and videos on here are invaluable to me. More people need to be aware of how vulnerable the accounts are within these platforms & how little the lack of support there is. Facebook & Meta literally do not care about about your free account. All they are worried about is making money off of you by surveilling you and harvesting your data. Happy Face after Recovery of a Hacked Facebook account! I was frustrated when my Facebook account got hacked. The hacker changed my email address, my phone number, and secured my account that I was unable to access and recover. I attempted many times to follow the steps on the Facebook Hacked link but I was going in circles because the confirmation code was being sent to the hackers email. Even uploading my ID was unsuccessful. Personal friends who knew that my account was hacked advised that the hacker began to post on my account and while interacting with my friends and family, the hacker posted a false story about a dying uncle who was selling his belongings to raise money for his medical care. I was sick to my stomach to know that my Facebook account was being used to scam my friends and family to send money to purchase household goods, furniture, motorcycles, vehicles, motor homes, etc. I had no way to block the scam. It took hours for me to personally alert my family and friends by text messaging as many as I could but unfortunately, I could not reach everyone. I searched the internet for any help with hacked accounts and came across several businesses and phone numbers of which many are also scams. Finally, I found Hacked.com. I was relieved to see so many positive reviews from Customers whose hacked accounts were recovered. I was skeptical at first, however, I decided to schedule an appointment because of the successes that others had. Greg F was the Executive Security Agent who helped me. During our Zoom call, I shared my screen and Greg directed me where and how to navigate through Facebook in attempts to recover my account. The initial attempts were unsuccessful, so Greg directed me with the next steps to reach out to my State Representative and gave me the proper statement to be included in my email. The process of recovery of my hacked Facebook account took 4 to 5 months. After numerous emails, phone calls, follow up video calls, and more emails, my account was finally recovered and secured with two factor authentication. With Greg's help and direction, I was in contact with my State Representative, with Meta support, and with Hacked.com to regain control of my Facebook account that had been closed due to the scam. I am so relieved and I highly recommend Hacked.com to anyone with a hacked account. I was at risk of losing many years of precious memories, family pictures and endearing posts. I am so grateful to have it all back. Happy Face!!

I contacted Hacked.com in April 2022 after my Facebook and Instagram accounts were hacked. Their team was responsive at first and even scheduled 3 Zoom meetings with me to go through the recovery process. Unfortunately, after all those meetings, my Facebook account was deleted, and my Instagram account has remained inaccessible ever since. It’s now been over two years, and I still don’t have access. Very expensive and the end result did not solve the core problem. I’m hoping this review gets their attention so someone can reexamine my case and finally help me recover my Facebook account.

I have been hacked and locked out of both my Facebook and IG accounts since March 2025. I tried everything, including submitting ID verification, uploading selfie videos, getting Meta verified, and submitting formal complaints to various cyber security sites and government officials. Got absolutely nowhere and was getting super frustrated and discouraged. I found Hacked and the reviews looked great, so figured I’d give them a try. I contacted them and they were timely about responding, which I appreciated. I was disappointed, however, because though their representative I had a Zoom meeting with was super nice, he was having me try things I had already done! But I again, submitted more letters to government officials by the Hacked rep’s recommendation. Still no responses were received. I was even more disappointed because the price of Hacked services changed 3 times in the 4 weeks I was working with them (May 2025- June 2025). The final price for one year of protection was $499, but I didn’t even regain access to either of my accounts, so paying that money to protect accounts I didn’t even have back in my control seemed absurd. To this day, I still have not regained access to any of my accounts. I wish I had a better result using their services.
