An Absolute God-send When my business page was hacked, I didn't know who to trust to help. I operate a dog rescue and shelter where monetization was heavily relied upon to raise funds for dog food and vet care. Hacked.com with Greg Franklin was so incredibly helpful, that I would have paid the company double their fee. Social media giants make it incredibly difficult to communicate and rectify issues with hacking and lose of monetization. Hacked.com had the knowledge, the experience, and the tenacity to help my shelter finally regain access and once again, have access to monetization. I would have never had the success I had, albeit a long process, without their expertise. They are a legitimate company and were incredibly supportive and professional from the beginning of the year service to the end. I am so grateful they exist to help vulnerable creators.

This company came recommended from a personal friend who has another friend who used their services for recovering their. business social media accounts following a hacking issue. The initial issue was 100% my fault. I am typically very vigilant about clicking odd links in emails, but obviously let me guard down and paid for it in more ways than one. Meta removed access to my personal and business Facebook and Instagram. I was able to recover everything on my own except my business Instagram (@moorecookiesplease) which Meta said was permanently disabled with no appeal process. I was beside myself given how long I’ve been in business and had the account. Hacked.com came to the rescue in a big way! He walked me step-by-step through the process and within a few hours, Meta gave me back my account. I know not all processes work as fast as mine did, but I am enormously grateful for what they assisted with. He also identified several items of cleanup to keep my account secure for the future.They are worth every.single.penny you will spend on their services. Hopefully, I don’t need their services again, but if I do….I will definitely be calling them!

From nowhere I found myself suddenly locked out of my FB account. Despite using some of the online "tools" FB provides to assist, NOTHING was working. There is no customer service number to call for personal FB accounts. Thus, I did a Google search stating my problem and right on the first page of the search was Hacked.com. After some investigation of their webpage, I made a call to further inquire on the services they provided and determined booking a 50 minute Zoom Security Coinsultation. I met with Aaron Weaver and within about 20 miinutes I was back in. While each technical situation is different, I would definitely recommend giving Hacked.com a look if you are having technical issues. Thank you!!

Hacked.com is THE REAL DEAL! Contact them with complete confidence! THIS SERVICE IS LEGIT!!! I cannot recommend GREG FRANKLIN from Hacked.com HIGHLY ENOUGH! My Facebook Profile and Messenger were hacked mid-November. My friends & family were exploited by false posts, asking for help to make money for nursing home care for a multitude of fictional family members. I have never felt so totally helpless in my entire life. I never fully understood what being hacked actually meant. Anyone with my maiden or married name names were blocked and unable to access the posts to provide the truth. Dozens of others were blocked for trying to report the hackers. Every time someone would comment on the posts that I had been hacked, it would immediately be deleted by the criminals. I am forever grateful to Greg for leading me through the tedious process of getting my profile back. He was SO patient and extremely kind and professional from day 1. He REALLY knows his stuff. He is an amazing person. I did not want to simply start a new profile, as I would have lost all of the many memories of my Dad & my life over the past 15 years. I wanted my personal account back! My future on social media will remain only positive & uplifting, as always...but, I will be proceeding with much more caution and less random clicking! I received the only Christmas gift I asked for this year, a little early - to get my life back & have this nightmare end!
