Nick was my technician yesterday. We were experiencing a water problem and he did a preliminary diagnosis, after a more thorough look at the situation, he verified the problem and fixed it. He is knowledgeable and courteous. I will request him again for my annual maintenance visit.

I highly recommend H2O Solutions. We recently had a free water test and a water system install at our home. Lou explained the results of all tests that he ran at the tap and reviewed our concerns and the previous system (from a different local company) that hadn't been working for our water issues. Lou recommended a chlorine injection and filtration system to address our water problems. Based on our reading, his recommendation seemed in line with best practices and sounded like it would solve our issues.
It has now been over a month since Lou and Mike installed the system and my only regret is that we didn't call them sooner! The company was professional in all interactions, patiently answered all our questions/concerns, were transparent in pricing and the logic behind their recommendations, and clearly explained how to maintain the new system and what to expect for annual maintenance. We were able to adjust our chlorine concentration to the optimal range, and our water tastes great and previous staining/smell issues have been resolved thanks to this system. If we have any future water asks, they will be our first call. We appreciate their great service and feel that we will be in good hands for our annual maintenance.
