H-MD Spa is a unique place with highly educated personnel and an amazing attitude. They take time to listen, to examine the problem thoroughly, to examine other concurrent medical problems, and only then they offer the solutions. Very recommend.

Shout out to Landon! He made my lips look amazing and went above and beyond to make the entire experience as comfortable as possible. I really appreciated the extra care and time he took to make sure everything was done safely and properly. He gave me thorough aftercare instructions, provided the medications I needed, and made sure I understood exactly what to do after my appointment. I’ve been to two other medspas for lip filler, and this is the first place where I genuinely felt like they cared about making sure I loved my results, not just getting me in and out the door. Their follow-up process is also amazing and made me feel really taken care of. I’m so happy with my lips and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend Landon and the entire team!

I’ve been going here off and on for over five years. The last two years is far different than it’s been before. Every time I call no one answers. This is during regular business hours. I leave voicemails. I don’t get calls back. I don’t know why the phone just cannot be answered like it used to be. The “deals” that are offered now are minimal at best. It’s not worth the far drive and the hassle of having to call over and over just to make an appointment. This place is not worth fighting for. Seems to have turned into a greedy environment, was less quality customer service. It’s too bad.

My girlfriend paid for Botox for my birthday. Without our knowledge they saved her credit card info and then charged her when I had to miss an appointment for a family emergency. They then basically gave us the “well that’s what we do and you should have known” speech. My girlfriend had to file fraud on her credit card to get the charge removed. At no point did she ever give her permission for her card info to be saved. This is shady a business practice as you can get. So it’s not about the patients here, it’s obviously about your money. Find another place for your treatments.

My best friend, her mother and I have been coming to H-MD for a while and have been very happy. My friends mom said she saw my before and after photos at this clinic. The problem is that on the intake forms that signed, I stated that my photos were never to be used publicly. I asked to see my forms and they had been altered allowing my photos for public use. And the last time I was there they didn’t ask me to sign a release form for a procedure but it was in my record signed but it wasn’t my signature. All the forms are electronic and I can’t prove I marked not for public use or that I didn’t sign the release form. I sincerely trusted them. This betrayal cuts to my core. There is nothing I can do about it.

Landon has performed my microneedling multiple times and does an amazing job!! He’s very professional, kind, and attentive. He ensures he covers the entire area and notices the area of my face that need more attention due to deeper scarring. My acne scars are noticeably improving and I plan to do a few more rounds!

Horrible customer service!! They saved my CC info (without my consent) from me paying for my boyfriend’s Botox for his birthday and charged it months later. Called to request a reversal and they refused! Hung up on me 3 times and talked over me the entire time! Fraud! My card company is disputing the charge and I will be filing a police report.
