Wonderful Team and Service;
We purchased a new furnace and AC unit from GWB, great price.
We had a installation appointment booked with an arrival window of 8:am to 12pm, Tyler and the guys were here by 8:10, they were professional, polite, and the installation was completed quite quickly, cleanup done. GWB will be my go to for any future HVAC needs. Highly recommend;

Called their emergency service on a weekend about a furnace that wasn't working properly, spoke to the technician. He agreed it wasn't worth coming to check it and said someone from the office would call me first thing Monday morning about parts availability. No one called me back. I called them later in the morning and was told they'd have to send someone out to check it first and the earliest appointment was a couple days later. They had no intention of calling me back and only caused me a longer delay in getting the heat working again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry for the frustration this caused. When you spoke with our emergency technician over the weekend, he explained that we were unable to check part availability or place any orders without first completing an on-site diagnostic. The intention was for our office to follow up first thing Monday morning to schedule that diagnostic, and we sincerely apologize that this call did not happen. You should not have had to reach out to us, and we are sorry for the inconvenience this created.

In this day and age excellent customer service is paramount and this is reflected in the service GWB gives. Always prompt, efficient, helpful and respectful from start to finish and I will not hesitate to refer them on to family, friends or clients. Thank you GWB for caring!!!

Has an issue with furnace not starting up, contacted GWB & set up appointment. Nathan arrived quickly & pulled error codes, identified that a new control board was required. He contact office & arranged for new board to be installed. Within the 2 hour Kris was there to replaced the defective board & had the furnace up & running. Both where professional & knew their jobs, answer any questions I had. I also liked that both tech's texted to let me know they were on their way. A real Plus !
