I had Stephen come to clear out my gutters for me, I was extremely happy with the service provided. Arrived within the allocated time window, He cleared out my down pipe and fixed some of the drain connectors that weren’t fixed in properly. He managed to clear everything in a very quick turn around. He was friendly and clear with his instructions and showed me some pictures of the results. Would definitely continue to use them throughout the year.

The person coming to clean my gutters turned up earlier than expected which was great ! He was very polite and friendly and did the job without any fuss , it was completed quickly and efficiently and I was very satisfied with the result.

Very disappointed with the service received. Had to get them back for a second attempt at cleaning the gutters, fascia’s etc - still not happy but have reluctantly paid as I couldn’t stand to be hounded any longer. Emails, phone calls, voicemails constantly, even when we told them we were unhappy with the service and were waiting for them to resolve. Would NOT recommend this company - suggest you look at other alternatives and we definitely won’t be using them again.

On arrival he introduced himself and described what he was at my home to do. On completion he showed me before and after pictures of my now clean guttering, as I told him I was very satisfied he thanked me and returned to his vehicle. I found him to be very polite and knowledgeable.

Very poor service. Left a mess and didn’t do all the gutters. I contacted them for a full or partial refund and was told no. They didn’t even have pictures of the guttering being cleaned at the front of the house. Would definitely not use again and will tell family and friends also!

Great friendly service from Todd! Can't say enough good things about Todd, the friendly lad from Ben's Gutters who cleaned our gutters out in Bolton this morning! He had his work cut out as not only did he have to clear out all the debris left by cowboy roofers which had clogged the downpipe but also took on the disgusting job of cleaning out all the pigeon crap, not a job many would take on! Many thanks for all your help mate
