I would just like to express a few words of thanks for the prompt service provided by Ben's Gutters and the
cleaner.
Earlier this week I booked Ben's Gutters. The cleaner arrived the next day shortly after 9am, well within his 2 hour slot . After introductions he asked me to show him the gutters I wanted cleaned and asked where were the areas of difficulty. I then left him to it. After completing his work he explained to me what he had done and showed me pictures. We discussed the difficult areas and he told me what he had done to clean them. He then gave me useful advice to keep the gutters free from serious down drain blockage.
I found Ben's Gutters to be efficient, friendly and effective.

The operative was punctual, friendly and efficient. The work was carried out without fuss. The gutters on all four sides of the house plus garage and porch were cleaned. He showed me photographs of the finished work - the gutters were completely cleared. All carried out without any fuss or mess.

Terrible service!!! Do not recommend. First I had to pay upfront to book the appointment. I was told Monday. So I booked, then I waited in all day... They kept emailing me to move the appointment time, then when it got to 5.30 they still hadn't turned up. When I called them to find out why, I was told "oh he's running behind, your job is next but it might be dark when he arrives..." They offered to re-book but I had lost faith at that point and asked for a full refund instead. Complete time wasters...

Received a great service from Ben's Gutters last week. Booked the weekend before and all paid for over the phone. Turned up on time and did an excellent job. Showed me the pictures afterwards and gave advice on some issues with my roof that had been spotted whilst cleaning the gutters. Very happy with the finished results and no hesitation in recommend Ben and his team.
