We had a fabulous stay at Small Serenity. The unit was perfect for our small family, and we had plenty of space. We especially loved having a washer/dryer to keep up with laundry. It is extremely walkable to the beach and a few restaurants. Stan is an excellent host and has thought of everything to make you feel at home.
Absolutely stunning views!!! Gorgeous beach! Great location! We loved the large patio and access from master and living area. The beach equipment was a plus. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Stan is the best host ever! Loved all the detailed info he provided which made everything so easy. And his restaurant recommendations were fantastic . We would absolutely love to stay here again!!

We traveled as a family of 8 and this place very easily accommodated us all. So spacious!Stanton’s place was beautiful to say the least! The location was perfect and the views from the 13th floor were breathtaking! He provided us with recommendations for activities and food nearby. He even had a sample itinerary for us which made our decision making so much easier. When it comes to hosting, he is most definitely the best of the best!!! We would stay in this place again in a heartbeat! We all miss it already! Thanks so much Stan!

Stan’s townhome sits right on the beach. The 30 second walk to the gulf is priceless. You do have to get out early to set your chairs up due to other people coming onto the private beach. Stan was very responsive when I had a question or concern. The bathrooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The first floor living area was a favorite hangout for my family. Couch was clean and comfortable. You can tell it was newly renovated.
Just perfect!! Place was clean and well stocked for what we needed. Destin sand is like no other. Thank you we will be back!

Stanton was a great host, the condo was well stocked, very nice, and the beach was perfect! All my kids want to come back here for our next beach vacation! We were all pleased with the accommodations and everyday one would comment on the water quality and pressure being a step above what you typically find in Florida. We truly found this place to be perfect. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and wagon provided saved us the time and money of renting. Traveling with a one year old and found a nice high chair and pack and play at the condo waiting on us. That was certainly not expected. The snack basket waiting for us… those little things really set this place apart. Well done Stanton!

Such a great place to stay during our visit. The views are amazing and Stan was very easy to work with and responded promptly to questions I had. The place is very well kept and very clean. My kids enjoyed the pool and the easy access to the beach! Would definitely recommend!!

This has been (by far) my favorite Airbnb I’ve stayed at. The host was GREAT! Was very attentive, knowledgeable and all around great to work with. The condo had everything you could need, plus some. Very clean & convenient to anything you need. Bonus that there’s a Kilwins and a gift shop downstairs. We are so excited to know this host has other rentals in the same location. We plan to try another one next year! Thank you Stan for a great vacation!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Stan’s place! He was very responsive and easy to work with. The place is very well kept and the views are amazing! Coffee in the morning on the balcony was my favorite! Our kids enjoy the pool and the easy access to the beach. Would definitely recommend!!

The beach house was great! It was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need for a fantastic stay. Everything was provided from cooking spices to beach towels to boogie boards to blenders. All that you need to bring is yourself, your food and beverages and your clothes. Just about everything else is stocked in the house. The views from the beach house are great and the three decks to the house make sitting outside enjoyable. All furniture and beds are clean and in great shape. The downstairs kitchen makes for easy food prep for grilling outside while watching your favorite sports event on the outside big screen TV. Finally, the separate theater room was outstanding with a huge screen and excellent sound system.Very easy to see why we had a great time. Our host, Stanton was proactive with all his communications and very responsive whenever we had any questions.I look forward to coming back next year.R. Trujillo
