Our stay was great! A wonderful view right on the water, peaceful, relaxing, comfortable beds, and a nice, clean place. There was a brief issue with the water at the end of our stay...no fault of the host...and they quickly found out what was going on, kept us updated until the problem was resolved. Definitely will consider staying at one of his properties when we come back to Florida!!!

Bella Vista Luxe was phenomenal and very welcoming. Stan was so easy to work/communicate with and was quick to respond and provided guidance/solutions. Just spent a week at Stanton's condo, the views of the ocean from the balcony were amazing! (not overstated at all) The condo was very nice, there were four of us (two couples), and there was plenty of room, a good kitchen space and big dining room table! We loved the location, a beautiful stretch of beach, so walkable, we were close to restaurants, the grocery stores and lots of state parks! Loved starting my day with a long ocean walk, sitting on the balcony, watching sunrises and sunsets! It was one of the most relaxing vacations that I have had in a long time! I would stay at this condo again, in a heartbeat!

Definitely recommend! we enjoyed our stay particularly well during the low season in December, because we had almost the whole place to ourselves. The condo was clean and was very thoughtfully furnished with just about everything you can think of needed, including extra beach gear, and Stan was a great host.

This place was amazing! It was very well stocked : chairs for the beach, toys for the children. Well stock with dishes and everything we needed. We appreciated the snacks and coffee. Communication was excellent place was clean nothing negative to say about this place! So greatly appreciated. We had so much fun. We will be back!

I need to start with thanks and compliments to our host Stanton . He is very knowledgeable about the area , and gave us many great suggestions for family activities, restaurants, shopping , etc . Most importantly, he responded to any of my questions in under ten minutes ! House was pristinely clean and beautiful . Kitchen open and spacious w plenty of seating , dinnerware , cookware, nice appliances including wine fridge and extra ice maker . We were 7 adults traveling together and each had our own private comfortable bedroom and bathroom . We could have brought more than twice that number and still had plenty of room .Property has private in-ground pool with spa . ( extra charge to heat ) plenty of beach towels , bicycles, beach chairs ,coolers , two umbrellas , corn hole , and , our host Stan had two inflatable paddle boards waiting for us free of charge !Don’t miss McGuire’s Pub : great steaks, cocktails , and they brew and bottle their own root beer 🙂

Great place to stay. We were there off season and a cold front came through. But with that being said it was a great stay. The place was clean and safe. The view was excellent we saw a pod of dolphins one morning from the balcony. We liked the location great sunrises and sunsets.
