THIS MONTH 1ST OCTOBER 2023 I DRIVE ONE DAY HIS CAR AFTER I WAS IN TRAVELLING COUPLE DAY I GET BACK HERE HE BLOCKED THE CAR BECAUSE CAR AGAIN AND AGAIN PROBLEM SO I ASK CAR REPLACEMENT HE SAID TO ME TO PAY WE PAY AFTER HE SAID " WE DON'T HAVE CAR AVAILABLE SORRY" WE ASK OUR MONEY BACK HE REFUSED .

Moreover, compnay while securing all rights will take it as a criminal offense, defaming individual as well as company under article 371 to 380 of the UAE FEDRAL LAW No. 3 of 1987 and will take strict action against them.
In addition to reporting these reviews to Google, we have taken the necessary steps to address this issue by filing an online cybercrime report regarding this suspected phishing activity. We are working diligently to rectify this situation and ensure that only genuine feedback is reflected in our online ratings.

Hope this message finds you well! We are sorry about the distress it may have caused to you. Sir, I am well aware that you know that there is a fine pending to be paid which was informed to you a couple of months ago and there are 12 black points attached to it too. The delay is about paying the fine for which you needed a license and there was none from your end. Meanwhile, the car registration has expired which cannot be renewed until the fine has been cleared according to Dubai RTA. The vehicle can’t be driven until it’s renewed and that can be done only after paying the fine. Kindly clear the fine immediately to have a pleasant drive and an interrupted service.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. During the drive from the airport to the hotel, a poorly attached license plate fell off. I haven't had a collision. The blackboard has vanished. They took no government action. They told me to go to the police station alone and do it myself. It turned out to be another lost board in 6 months. The courtesy car they offered was inferior. I paid extra money to bring and pick up the car from the airport. Unfortunately, I had to drive them to them and take a taxi to the airport.

Dear Sir, we are sorry abt the problems you must have faced. The plate fell off as a result of an accident by yourself and not us. The previous incident was with the rear plate and not the front. Its the govt rule to report the lost plate and you had to do it as we weren't driving the car at the time of the accident. As we charge for the delivery and collection of the car which is previously informed to all the customers there was no extra charge. Infact we did not bill you for the extra days the car was parked due to the loss of the plate as a token of respect to the customer. Anyways thanks for your business.
