This is the second time I’ve worked with this service, and the work has been consistent as well. They edit well, they give reasonable recommendations for journals to submit to, and they submit without any problems. Sometimes communication is slow, but overall good enough to keep coming back to them.

This was the second time that I had done work for them. This was the second time I worked with them on a paper, and the quality didn’t disappoint me. Editing is good, their suggestions for journals are okay, and submission process is smooth. Far from perfect but decent enough to rely on.

As an international author, language editing by them turned my article into proper academic English. There were no complaints from the reviewers regarding language. They could have provided some advice regarding discussion structure, though.
