My review is not about product, it’s about the conduct of the person working there. A young mother that almost got hit by a UPS truck pulled off in to a parking space (NOT handicapped) and was checking on her kids in the back of her van. She never left the vehicle there. The woman she was with came to the vehicle and the employee of the hearing center starting screaming at this woman about the parking space. This happened around 1:00 on Monday, January 12. If it was an employee, hopefully the owner does something about that behavior. If it was the owner, I hope people will see this and know what kind of person they are dealing with.

I was anticipating a review of my current hearing aids some time in the future, but recently decided to follow up with Hear Virginia. I found out that my last pair of aids were not capable of providing the quality of sound needed.
The testing process was easy. After my fitting, I felt like this was a reasonable fit. But after a couple of weeks, I am amazed how much better the sound is.
I go in for a quick update and review and I am excited to let everyone know how much better my new hearing aids feel.
This is an easy nonjudgmental process and a chance to evaluate you condition.
Absolutely outstanding staff and Dr. Gardner is truly wonderful. She is so caring and makes sure to take time in explaining and reviewing everything. I loved her postiviness and encouragement in dealing with my situation and helping me to better understand my condition. I would unquestionably recommend her services to anyone! Dr. Gardner provides the type of good old fashion service that you rarely see anywhere now. Many thanks!
The owner of this place is just rude a disrespectful. He talks down to you are a nothing and makes it where I would never do business with them and would like to warn everyone to stay away from them.
